Extremely low level staff and low level support. also full of bugs very basic Wordpress based small plugin.

I purchased the Adivaha plugin \ theme a couple of years back but received no updates. After several WordPress updates, the site started showing PHP errors; the main issue was the Adivaha plugin \ theme PHP was never updated and became absolute. I reached out several times to Adivaha support, and the last response from them via skype after being past from one support person to another was that I should revert my WordPress to 5 years ago version and also downgrade my PHP on my servers and then the theme will work. When I told them that it was not an acceptable solution and they should instead upgrade the Adivaha plugin \ theme, I was told, "will take too many resources and money to update it."
I was told with support, "very respectfully it takes time and effort. so if you are willing to invest for us it's fine else you can get the theme from someone else, and we will provide you with an Agoda plugin.I will check with my technical team when they will provide us with that Agoda plugin"

It has been almost three weeks, and they stopped responding to all my Skype messages.

I don't recommend buying anything from this Adivaha company.

I did not ask for ANYTHING Free; all I asked for was for them to upgrade their theme \plugin so it could be compatible with the latest WordPress version and, most importantly latest PHP version.

Their theme \ plugin was based on PHP4.6, which is now absolute.

Also, since I bought their product, they did not update even one single time !!!!!!!! Not a single security or feature update.
I was not even offered a paid upgrade and was told it would be too expensive and not worth their time.

This company is really bad - feel free to contact me directly if you want me to show you the theme \plugin and the skype chat screenshots.

Very good support. Perticularly Piyush is very supportive. I was able to solve my issue easily.

We had a really bad experience with this vendor. We requested an integration for multiple languages for our wordpress website, because they they offer the plugin in multilanguage option, however they could not solve it. The first thing is they have not an integration really, they only place an iframe in your website. Second thing is they were charging US$400 to setup a wordpress google translator plugin (which you can do for free by yourself) and such plugin only translates the content I had created in my wordpress website, but the content the provide inside the iframe is not translated, so you will have a website with 2 different languages for US$400. They say you have a payment gateway included but they were not able to get my payment gateway to work. Though I claimed the code was not working they just forgot about it and also included in their promo that they have such payment gateway available for future customers. I simply lost thousands of dollars in such plugin which is practically useless, you just have to see that most of the websites they show as "our work" are useless.
