I had a wonderful experience with this…

I had a wonderful experience with this company. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The customer service team was extremely responsive, polite, and genuinely helpful.
The quality of service exceeded my expectations, and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. It’s rare to find a brand that truly values its customers, but this one definitely does.
I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliability, quality, and excellent support. Looking forward to using their services again!

Ticket not valid when you show up

bought 2 tickets to Bahja caves India. When I showed up the tickets didn't work because I hadn't received the QR codes. I had to buy new tickets at the entrance. That tripxoxo is shit, and I will give you one star on Trustpilot because I can't give 0 stars. OK. Two days later I got my money back.

Our records and call logs also confirm that during our conversation, you acknowledged that you do not actively check that email inbox.

To be clear, ticket delivery failed not due to any system issue, but because an inactive or incorrect email address was shared during checkout. This is a basic requirement for any digital ticketing platform, and responsibility for providing accurate contact details rests with the customer.

Despite this, you have chosen to post a public review alleging service failure while omitting these key facts. We welcome genuine feedback and take service issues very seriously; however, misrepresenting facts and attributing personal oversight to the platform is misleading and unfair.
