Addison Ross Arvostelua

I’m about to send the candles back… I ordered cherry red candles but got pale blue (in a cherry red box).

Their photo printing option is not great so don’t trust it! They inserted someone else’s photo into the frame I ordered and I gave it to my niece unopened as a present! Very embarrassing and careless on their behalf. The shouldn’t offer this service if they can’t get it right or don’t have quality control. Receiving another person’s private photo from their order feels like an invasion of their privacy. What a bad experience.

The ordering process was simple and the quality of the photograph frame is very good. The item was packed well and will make an excellent present.

Very happy with my purchases of 2 silver and white flower photo frames. Purchased for a birthday present. The postage was exceptional especially when it was posted quickly and free to Western Australia. Will definitely be checking out Addison Ross website in the future.

Have bought two picture frames and been very happy on both occasions with their quality and the speed and reliability of the delivery. Well packaged. A good company to deal with.

I am absolutely delighted with my recent purchases. From viewing the website to arrival of goods it was seamless. I opted to upload a picture for both frames which I conveniently forgot so when I open the package I was blown away.
I have bought from AR before hence I wouldn’t go past them now, Also, the new innovations are superb. Well done!!!! James McLean

Beautiful frames we were very happy with the quality of the product when they arrived. We also selected the option to have photos developed and they were excellent quality as well. Everything arrived swiftly and would recommend to all!

Super quality photo frame . Arrived very promptly despite Christmas deliveries etc .Will definitely buy from this co again .

Recommended.
I purchased a black lacquered jewellery box from here which arrived quickly and is very well made. A quality item at a fair price.
I will be buying the larger version once it is in stock.

Ordered a frame with uploaded picture for a gift for my daughter.
Email received today simply saying order cancelled, no follow email with an explanation.
Absolutely dreadful service.
Will not be buying from them again...

Très satisfaite de ma commande et très bon service client !

I have wanted some Addison Ross salt and pepper pots for ever and decided to treat myself.

Lovely silver frame. Very well packaged and arrived very quickly. Customer service was exceptional. Will definitely order again

Beautiful, quality frame and the fact that they do a free photo print to go inside is amazing! Great service and beautifully presented.

A simple and elegant frame for a 90th birthday present. Beautiful, strong box and well packaged inside. Very pleased. Arrived within 3 days and received email regarding time of delivery.

Beautiful silver picture frame with blue shagrin leather insert. Bought for an anniversary gift, and very well received by the recipients. Beautifully wrapped with gift box and ribbon and packaged inside a really tough outer box.

I received fast service and the picture frame I bought was great quality and at a good price. Really pleased with the purchase and service I received.

Beautiful frame, good quality and arrived promptly with photo included

I purchased the bobbin salt & pepper grinders and the the orange & silver enamel studio photo frame (with the bonus of the added photo), they are all great quality and I’m going to order more. Would definitely recommend.
