Addison Ross Arvostelua

Absolutely beautiful placemats however only noticed after purchase that not heat proof-so asked customer services if warm plates from a plate warmer would be ok and never heard back not even after their stated timeline of up to two days. Will keep and use because do look great but practicality is limited and worry about fragility of laquer as each individually bagged-will stacking them on top of each other lead to damage. Biggest disappointment was lack of response to my query . Cannot fault the look or colour of these items .

Now our images are mainly on our mobile phones I absolutely love how easy it is to choose a frame and download an image and have it delivered all done. The quality and style of the frames are both classic and very now, you know there will never be a need to be replace. Already bought 4 this year and passed the details to friends as they make such a beautiful personal gift…

Beautiful product. Tracking and updates for parcel. Definitely recommend company and products.

Fantastic, super fast and excellent quality 👍🏻👍🏻

I'm an Aussie; we don't seem to be able to ship things as promptly and accurately as you guys.
I just love the frame colour and the free print is a nice addition despite my getting the orientation incorrect ( absolutely my error!)
I'm thinking of ordering another for a mother's day gift to myself.

What service! My silver photo frame came well wrapped in a stylish box and looked marvellous. To add to it all the company had inserted a copy of the photo I wanted framed before sending so saving me the bother….many thanks for a great service. Will recommend….

Beautiful frames - arrived quickly and expertly packed.

Fantastic quality photo frames and super quick delivery. Very happy customer 😊

Purchase was easy from beginning to end. I’m very pleased with my proposed picture frame. Delivery driver was fantastic and all in all really happy

Love my new pink mill as a companion to the leopard print one! 😍 very fast delivery. Shame you don’t do the salt & pepper specific knobs for the top anymore.

Excellent Customer Service. Product was beautifully packaged and arrived very quickly. Photo frame of high quality. A lovely gift. Would absolutely recommend this Company

Great choice of styles, prompt service & delivery. Was a gift & recipient says they are 'absolutely gorgeous '

Beautiful products and excellent efficient service and delivery.

What a lovely classy company. The packaging was spot on and quality of the frame superb.
Thank you

Got a pepper grinder for Christmas - I had wanted it for ages so was super excited. However within a month the exterior had split from the wood and began to peel off. Absolutely not worth £55! I sent a couple of messages and pictures to Addison Ross to see if they could do anything but had one reply saying they would send me a new one but subsequent messages were ignored and no new grinder! They look cool for the first 5 mins but absolutely not worth the price tag.

Beautiful products: quality heirloom pieces at a great price and they ship fast.

Very prompt service. A beautiful frame which came so prettily wrapped.

What a wonderful service. My bedside clock arrived within a few days and is beautiful, a lovely addition to the bedroom. I really appreciate the silent tick and softly glowing hands to read the time overnight. The enamel and gold are very elegant. I am planning to get both daughters one for their birthdays.

Beautiful product. Love the quality of this clock ⏰ and its design. It’s heavy, made of silver and the back is velvet. Comes in a beautiful box which itself comes in another pretty box. Great opening experience. Highly recommend this clock, they don’t make many of this quality on the market.

Easy to browse, order and delivery was timely, well communicated, products very well packaged.
All items were lovely, exactly as I expected or better. Happy customer.
