Adaptlife were very helpful on the telephone and advised which bed I should get. They spent time going through everything in detail and made me feel confident that I was buying the correct item.
It arrived on time and installation was seamless.

Excellent service, staff went above and beyond to process an urgent order for an airflow mattress and it was delivered before even the earliest estimated date. My dad is suffering from a serious pressure sore and the mattress has already made a massive difference because the wound is finally starting to heal. Thank you to everyone involved.

I have purchased the Enbio Autoclave with the table from this company.Surprisingly it didn't come on palette and packaging had a whole, one part for the table was broken. Very poor communication and experience as a customer.
I found out small beauty autoclave would be enough for nature of my work they refused to swap the product although the autoclave is still wrapped and unused. Don't buy I have ordered products from another company with much better customer care!

Excellent helpful company so much better to buy a bath lift from them than to be ripped off by other bath lift companies that won’t let you buy the product without a survey and using them to install at a ridiculously high price.

We bought an over-the-bed table on the understanding it would be supplied pre-assembled. However, it arrived flat-packed. When Adaptlife became aware of the problem, they arranged for a local handyman to visit us and assemble the table at their expense, and checked it had been accomplished to our satisfaction. I purchased a Etac | Clean Self Propelled Shower Commode Chair from Adapt Life. Service was very good and I was kept up to date re when chair was going to be delivered.

This my wife's second Saljol rollator (the first was broken by Gatwick Ground Handling). My wife loves these beautifully designed machines. They help her to walk without stooping or limping and with far less pain. People in the street often ask who makes them, what they cost and where to buy one.
Just one criticism. On her second Saljol rollator the walking stick holder fails to hold a stick firmly.

I purchased a Nile Leg Lifter through this company. I was delighted with the price & also the Leg Lifter itself. It arrived promptly & has functioned well. I would be unable to get into bed unaided without it.

Bought an Envoy 8 Mobility Scooter in November 2023. The staff were very helpful and answered all my questions. The price was excellent and they offered me a discount voucher. I have not found another shop anywhere with as good a value for money. I would recommend them.

The lift looks great in the adverts, but has a couple of flaws that they don't mention. As the lift lowers you into the bath, you have to slide across on the belt, which is a problem if you have a reconstructed bath and its painful to slide yourself sideways. When you raise yourself, this is compounded by the feeling that you are being drawn into the motor unit which is disconcerting. By the time you find this out, you will have installed the unit, which means that they won't offer you a refund - but they will offer you a special cushion for £65 that they claim help you to slide sideways. Why they don't offer this from the start is beyond me. That feels like a pressure sale. The only other option they offer is that you try and sell the unit on eBay. They're currently advertised on there for around £400 so that's £550 down the drain. Think very carefully before you purchase and read their small print before you take it out of the box. Oh - and by the way, it doesn't come with any installation instructions.
