This site is so plagued with scammers !! The first few minutes you’re logged in the scammers are flooding your mail box. The photos they use have been lifted from other websites and the distances never match up with the location showing in their profile. The site management doesn’t seem to make any effort to eliminate these fake profiles/scammers.

In the past 3 months since I joined I have only received maybe 2 or 3 legit messages. 99% are scammers. Most are pretty obvious at this point. A4A doesn't appear to try and filter out scammers at all. Probably because some of them are paying for a subscription to make themselves look more real. Don't waste money on a subscription.

THIS SITE IS A TOTAL FAKE. I GOT A FREE SUBSCRIPTION AND SINCE THEN, I AM GETTING LOTS OF FAKE MESSAGES, AND ONLY FROM GOOD LOOKING GUYS, SOME OF THEM CLAIMING TO BE AT THE MILITARY. THEY FISH FOR YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION, ASKING WHAT TYPE OF WORK YOU DO, WHERE DO YOU LIVE, ETC... MOST OF THEM CLAIM TO BE AMERICANS BUT IN FACT SOME ARE RUSSIANS.... JUST WANT TO SHARE IT WITH SOME OF YOU BEFORE I ERASE IT. I JUST HOPE THIS SCAM IS NOT INITIATED BY A4A.

Deleted my messages for no reason?. Full of Americans and Russians (not, theses are mostly scammers, using over peoples profiles and top it off, using dead soldiers pictures 🙄). Absolutely disgusting behaviour of human beings I have ever encountered (sick)

This this dating site is full of scammers claiming to be US military or Russian lonely hearts all ask for your email within the first few sentences I suggest you take everything with a pinch of salt And use googles reverse photo image he has then you find out who the true person is

Lots of fake profiles. I got more messages from fake profiles than bona fide users. These are guys who claim to be native English speakers in the UK/US but are clearly are struggling with the language and very insistent that they move the conversation off the platform and get your personal details.

The website looks like it was designed in the 1990's and the app looks like the website.

Why are all these dating sites so lame now?

Lots of NSFW advertising. Spammy emails and notifications that you can't turn off.

Some issues here...

1) If you have adult action ads and pictures on the A4A website, I better be able to get my own "adult action" picture accepted. You sent an email and a message telling me that my mouth in a certain place "was not tolerated." Guess what, I have screenshots of that message AND many screenshots of male/male penetration ads. My adult photo SHOULD HAVE BEEN JUST AS EQUAL to your raunchy gifs and picture ads. Quite the double standard, where the website is concerned.

2) Tired of reporting scammers. Tesa keeps telling me they get suspended, yet to see either the same one, or another scammer "looking for love." The reality is that they want me to leave A4A to scam me. Way too much of this. I suggest limiting how far people can contact me from. Besides, I'm not on A4A for love. Just 15 minutes of a guy's time, at most. I have nothing to hide, as I am not doing anything wrong.

3) Why are you advertising to me, without an opt out option, within the chat/message area? Like stated above, I cannot see that xxx rated stuff at work. Yet, if I chat, I am forced to go through that raunchy advertising crap. I do not care if you have a sale on butt Crisco! Let me find things, when I need them. Not the other way around.

4) If I am chatting and actively in chat, I do not need to get 75 emails and notifications. I just need the one to get me back into the site to chat again.

You can easily verify me. I have no issues. But the way you are acting, you might just retaliate. That's why my policy is to update everyone here and social media. I am most concerned with #1.

Drugs, Prostitution , Married Men , Open Relationships , the site has gone to the dogs , the pathetic people from "craiglist" have integrated on there , I cannot believe that ADAM4ADAM encourages "party and Play" in a category in which you can check , when I say "Party and play , its usually an illegal substance , I wish congress ( like they did with Craigslist ) shut them down , it's and STD / HIV /Hep C breeding ground . BEWARE !
