One of the worst apps I have ever seen one out of 50 people on the Site is real.. The immediate giveaway is recognizing they do not have English proficiency and their writing style is stilted or unusual... even got someone telling me they're deployed in Afghanistan lol

I was suddenly suspended for no reason with no notice nor explanation. Like many others say, the distances do not match the cities mentioned. My use of the site is rare thus all the more surprise at the suspension. Many there ask those older for money without a pro ad and action is never taken to stop this abuse. The ads are so intrusive and excessive. Scammers abound as they always want to shift the chat to another site. At least they could of send me an email with the reason for the suspension.

Adam is awful they provide a platform for theifts. I was robbed whole i slept contacted adam just to read oh there is nothing we can do, bull suspension of the person going by the name of playboyx21 would be a start. They just allow him to return and stalk freely

He asked for my number so we can move to a third party site. I reported it. The rep wanted "proof" of the chat. I replied asking why they can't see the chat. No reply to that. They have been able to see chats before.

Some reps will cooperate, and others won't...Rhyza. Removing scams is hit and miss.

I have multiply learning disabilities and difficulties and my warning to others is if you are learning disabled and gay do not under any circumstances use this bot farm of a site unless you like fake profile or wish to be romance defrauded and they also won't discontinue your account from their end if asked to either I have asked them to discontinue mine and they have asked me for Photo ID which I shouldn't have to give them to make them delete my account from their end.

They have an abundance of advertising on this site. Up down and across the pages. Very irritating. It is also a good place to find someone who can hook you up with all sorts of stuff. And if you like OLD men, this is the place to visit.

It's the site you go to if you're looking to do drugs. Within 24 hours I received several messages asking if I wanted to party. And then asked about making clouds...... that's doing meth. So not my scene at all. Gross.

This app charge astronomical prices to be a very, very, very unstable platform.you pay for service and it varely work. For years, same issues .

The site format was changed and it's a disaster. Why did they mess with it? It was just fine.

I haven't experienced the multitude of fake profiles people are describing. I'm in a smaller town, so over time, you kinda get to know who everyone is. Not personally and perhaps not to talk to, but they are "regulars". I typically take a long time talking before I'll meet someone, so that weeds out a lot of people. I workout a lot, and I'm just not giving up all my work to just anyone. They don't have to be pretty, but they must be decent, fit and true to their profiles, for the most part. Those who won't share photos, don't get talked to, and I say that in my profile.

I used Adam 10 years ago and it hasn't changed much. It's still super simplistic almost to a cartoonish nature. The colors are boring, the site unexciting to view and basically no creativity in the IT department. But aside from any negatives, the site is free if you don't want to pay for upgrades. The one negative that costs the 4th star is that they allow more than one profile. What? Yep, you can be more than one person on there and that is just crazy and blatantly deceptive. What would the reason for that be? Why would anyone need more than one profile? Oh I see, to pay money to deceive other members. Not only that, you can use two profiles online at the same time. I know all this because one of the dudes I screw has two profiles.

I've met a number of guys, had sex with most of them and while only a few became repeats, it did happen. One dude was a regular for a while, till I found he blabbed that we had been hooking up. When people say they are discreet, it's best not to believe that. As soon as they sleep with the next guy, they'll tell him or anyone that wants to listen about you. That however, is not the blame of the site. I also met my workout partner on there. We had sex once, but now we just go to the gym together; really cool!

What is curious is their nude and profile text policies. You can't use 4 letter words without them being censored on the phone app. That is not the case for the .com site. Same with your main profile photo on the app, it must be G rated, but not the one for the website. The reason is the App Store. Once they went to that, the censoring started. It doesn't matter that the site shows you XXX material, men screwing, blowing and ejaculating with each other, but don't you try to do that. They can show you all the shafts, balls and ass you can handle, but you can't. This is a sex site, mind you. You can have X photos as secondary photos to be fair, but not as hard core as those Adam shows you.

I'm giving it more than 1 star because people don't send me smileys and it is rare that someone has asked for gas money, but it has happened. It's not like I would transfer money to them. I might give them 5 bucks if they show up though; times are hard for some folks. Maybe I just don't go far enough with the type of people that are a scam to get scammed. But I have met guys in person, did get my rocks off many times and for that reason alone, the site deserves some credit. If you get laid only once using the site, you should give it more than 1 star, let's be fair. He might not have been entirely what his profile said, but that's not the site's fault.

So the site has flaws and customer service sucks. I didn't know why I couldn't see censored text or X photos on my laptop and wrote them many times. Each time I got a crazy stupid response like log out and log back in (like I hadn't tried that). Finally one guy gave me the secret; simply to uncheck NSFW way down on the edit profile page, which I had not checked to begin with and did not know was there (it wasn't 10 years ago). It was as though I was the first one who had ever asked that question; it took a month of asking to get the right answer.

Since I don't use this site on my phone, I don't get the ads that seems to annoy everyone who is complaining about them. They are on the website too, but they are to the side mostly and although annoying, they don't just pop up in front of what you are doing.

There is another site I do use on my phone that did those things, but I did pay for that service to remove those ads because the price was much, much less, my physical gratification was much more immediate and more frequent; sometimes nearly immediate. That is worth paying for. If Adam would update their site and app, make it cleaner and easier to navigate, lower their prices and offer decent customer service, I would pay for that service also. I doubt the current owners or management are capable of what is needed to bring this site into this era. It's going to end up like "MySpace" and dwindle away because other sites and apps are so far ahead and are just going to leave Adam in the dust. It has great potential, but just the last 3 years using it proves they either don't care, or simply don't know how to keep up. I should have noticed some change in that amount of time even if it's just color. They just aren't doing anything to improve it.

First; I’m using it for free, so I can’t complain, & I don’t know if the experience is the same for paid members.

That being said, I joined many years ago, & then deleted the app after about 10 years. After a friend recently encouraged me to get back on dating apps to improve my chances of finding a mate, I’d forgotten why I deleted Adam4Adam & reinstalled it.

‘Didn’t take long for me to remember, most of the “guys” sending “winks” are not real people - maybe 1 out of 30 are real.

Why so many fake profiles (usually created within a day), I don’t really know. Some are in areas or situations pointing to a desperate need to get out of their situation, & others are simply robots phishing for information.

But, since there are so many of them, & each time you click on the messages, ads pop up, I’m inclined to believe it’s Adam4Adam doing this to increase chances of us clicking on the ads, or to up their activity count to impress invested advertisers & to make us users think it’s a happening app.

Either way, as others have mentioned, there are rare occasions a real person, who has actually read & understood our profile that we’ve taken time to craft & is actually looking for a match. There are still those who just wanna get off & don’t care who they do it with (which is fine for some). That’s still better then all the frickin’ fake ones taking up time & effort every day (yes, every frickin’ day).

Be aware of Kansas Sedrick Cheney area scammers they are out there! Sadly this used to be a very good site with very nice men around 4 years ago this app sucks now! Scammers galore asking for cards gas money why does this app even allow party and play which means methheads rude arrogant men too many married guys I blocked so many men on this app it isn’t funny most are flakes and fakes they keep asking the same boring questions over and over like how are u doing? All this site is now since the changes is fake profiles, spam, trojan virus', BOTs, awful. 0/100. 100 messages, 100% fake profiles.

I like it that the Site is free , easy to sigh u and not strictly a App which is getting harder to find. The downside is there just are not enough men on this site. I live in a city of 355 thousand 2 million if you throw in neer by towns. Adam4Adam is a major dating/hookup site so you would think there would be more guys on this website if you live in a large to middle sized city or town. I feel the site should invest in a Marketing campaign to attract more users bc. right now there just does not seem to be enough selection of guys. I d notice already spamming does seem to be a issue as well. But as I said before the site is for the most part free to use and not 100% a app like you can use on your computer or phone which is Grate.

Some racist man sent me KKK imagery and then blocked me. I went and reported him and they suspended both of his accounts. So why they allow him to regain his account a few weeks later?? Not a good place for Black LGBTQ people. I went and deleted my account.

At any given time on a4a there are 1200+ profiles that are supposedly from Sedgwick County, Cheney, KS. If you look up the stats and population for Cheney, there are approximately 2200 people who live there. Two-tenths of one percent of the population in Cheney are people of color. How is it possible that there are 1200+ LGBTQ folx, hundreds of whom are POC? What's the scam about? I've initiated chat with several of the Cheney profiles and for some they want "gas money" via PayPal or Cashapp or Venmo. I've wondered if a4a creates the Cheney profiles to boost their numbers. Also maddening is the Cheney profiles use pics of people I know from my area. If you're an a4a user, set up a search for Cheney, KS and see for yourself. I've reported Cheney profiles to a4a and they don't do a thing about it.
