PERGOLA DELIVERY.

IONUT AND VLAD WERE VERY HELPFUL & CARRIED ALL FOUR VERY LARGE BOXES TO THE BACK OF THE HOUSE IN THIS HEAT! THEY WERE POLITE & RESPECTFUL. RANG 20 MINS BEFORE TO SAY THEY WERE ON THEIR WAY.

Pergola installation... Stefan and Daniel

Today we have had the pleasure of Stefan and Daniel, who came to install our pergola. After we had initially been given a time of 11am-2pm, these guys had experienced unforseen delays and didnt arrive with us until 16.45pm, which at that point we had given up hope (we did receive email updates which stated they would arrive).. on arrival they introduced themselves and were both very apologetic about the delay. They got to work straight away. After 2 hours of hard graft, they had finished our installation and talked us through how to use and care for our purchase. These guys attention to detail is just out of this world. Super happy with our new pergola and so glad we got a fantastic installation team of Stefan and Daniel

Brilliant service from Vlad and Ionud

Brilliant service from Vlad and Ionud, both very polite and helpful getting the large mirroe I ordered , up many sets of stairs and into the correct place, bare in mind this was peak London heatwave and around 35 degrees! Would recommend this courier not just because of the communication about the delivery but from the helpful delivery drivers and men who work hard!

Jonetse and Vlad - the drivers - were friendly, and super helpful. They arrived on time, were professional and respectful of my property. I would highly recommend them for deliveries.

Excellent service from the delivery…

Excellent service from the delivery company today. The item being delivered was a replacement for a damaged piece and they ensured I was happy with the new table, helped to get it in place and checked over the product with me. Would recommend the company and very thankful to Vlad & Ionut for all of their help
