Going The Extra Mile

I ordered a bike from Activ Cycles and could not be happier. The customer service was second to none and I couldn't have wished for more. My bike arrived on time, was built as requested and competitively priced.

Quick easy and helpful

Easy to order and quick to be ready for collection. I rang in the morning of collection and they said they were giving it a once over before I got there, then when I was picking it up they asked me to bring the bike back once my boy has had a few rides to make sure everything is still set up right and even offered for me to bring my bike in to give it a once over. Highly recommend.

Great support through the buying process

Really good buying experience from Activ Cycles. From the initial call all the way to collection day. They even threw in a bike fit. Really good service, highly recommended.
Special thanks to Colin and Fred from the Ashford branch.

Road Bike Purchase. Excellent service

Great experience from start to finish. Good price of product. Great communication with both supplier and delivery team. Item delivered and even gave me a spare carbon disc spacer which I asked about. Excellent and would certainly recommend.
