There website is the worst!
I bought the blue Christmas when it a arrived the box was open one product was broken and a other one damage contact there costumes service to get them replaced but they wanted me to send it all back because they don't replaced things.
I got the label to send it returns a week after I receive it.
Som way is godt send back to me again so I contacted costumes service again to hear if they not just could sent me the 2 product Isted og me using my time on running to ship it all the time trying to get it back.
There want a week for them to reply and they sent me a new label to sent it with and then can see if arrive
So all in all will take more than a month to get the money back there is not ok because they didn't ship it correctly

Professionali
Professionali, veloci, cortesi. Il pacco è meraviglioso, nel senso che al suo interno c'è una dustbag per il prodotto, eventualmente riutilizzabile, con il logo e le scritte Acqua di Parma ed aprendola, ciò che avevo ordinato, prodotto stupendo. Comprerò ancora.

Esperienza pessima.
Si pubblicizza il reso come gratuito ma non si specifica che il trasporto non lo è. Per rinviare un pacco con uno dei prodotti (tra le altre cose) danneggiato (senza che il pacco esterno lo fosse) ho dovuto pagare 7 euro.
Il tutto con una procedura di reso assurda con cui ho perso 30 minuti del mio tempo. Mi dispiace molto che un brand del genere gestisca cosi un servizio ormai fondamentale.

Il servizio è davvero signorile: veloci, efficienti e cortesi. Oltre alla consegna ups puntuale ed elegante, in un pacchetto anti-urto, mi hanno inviato dei graditi campioni in più. Unica pecca che i profumi sono poco persistenti.

ordine incompleto a fine novembre,nessuna risposta dal servizio clienti
Ho fatto un ordine a fine novembre, è arrivato incompleto, ho subito contattato il servizio clienti telefonicamente e, su indicazione dell'operatore telefonico, via mail, ma dopo sei mesi non ho ancora ricevuto alcuna risposta. Semplicemente vergognoso.

Ho ricevuto a Natale un bel cofanetto …
Ho ricevuto a Natale un bel cofanetto con un delicato profumo per capelli. Peccato che sulla celebre scatola gialla doveva esserci un messaggio personalizzato di mia mamma, voluto da lei per dimostraremi ancora una volta, come le mamme tengono a fare, il suo grande affetto per me.
Benché mia mamma avesse effettuato l' ordine a novembre, e segnalato l'errore il 27 novembre non ha avuto risposta per Natale. E nemmeno per febbraio.
Il profumo è piacevole e delicato, ma manca l'attenzione ai dettagli che ha chi lavora con il cuore. Il servizio assistenza clienti sembra inesistente. Aveva chiesto solo di sostituire la scatola ricevuta con quella ordinata. Nessun valore economico, solo valore di dimostrazione d'affetto per me. E' rimasta delusa più lei di me.
