Very efficient service. Ordered online and delivered the next day, as well as ringing that morning to tell us roughly what time delivery will be.

Although (as advertised) delivery was made in 7 days, excellent communications with contact made by phone the day before to confirm delivery date. Product was a repeat order made necessary as a change to scope made after initial order. As circumstances dictate need for crane or hiab (rather than pallets), would use this company again.

Customer Service is good, the ordering process is straightforward and price with delivery is reasonable.

A quick call to the office who then asked me to order on their Web site as they couldn'take payment over the phone. All very easy to do. I've ordered another 4 tons to finish the job.

What lovely, helpful staff - thank you Jamie, Paul and Shelagh - it was so refreshing to find such a customer orientated company in this day and age and the icing on the cake was the excellent pricing and the range of products - it is worth travelling that little bit further if necessary to seek them out - if we could give them 6 out of 5 stars we would, if you try them we dont think you'll be disappointed !

I haven’t had the tiles delivered as yet but went to their site in Ranskill and they were very professional and knowledgeable. Quality of their products is fantastic and very competitively priced. Sheelagh is also very nice to speak to and very helpful.

Great service ordered my Indian stone on the Wednesday came Friday, called me to let me know when it was coming. Quality product a not one breakage.

When I firstly rang up to place an order over the phone as I would have found this easier the lady bluntly said “can’t you just order this off our website”. This wasn’t very helpful and I felt I was bothering her with my order
