The courses are always interesting and full of good knowledge, helpful in test prep and in the business world.

Cost and quality of material are 2nd to none. This perfectly fits my visual learning style!

Lots of good learning material . You can definitely be good at any of their programs as long as you put in the work and effort.

Learning is made easier and all the interactive demos are great

I recently just bought the courses and virtual labs. Everything I have came across have been easy to access and I have already learned a lot!

So far so good, I like the videos and the content. However, I would like to see some class like lesson plan than can be followed. Instead of watching video after video. If a student isn’t disciplined to click on the labs for each section.

Courses are insightful and detailed. Support staff are always able to point you in the right direction

Main thing is the teaching method. Same as most poorly managed schools. Just state the info and memorize. No real application or deeper learning. Im am a slow learner but I dont see this any different than studying on my own from other free sources. Only lasted 2 weeks and day after day it was just a torrent of information to memorize. The other types of resources they had were cheap as well. Virtual labs lagged, ran poorly and very minimal. Everything esle was just a video. So again I ask how this was more beneficial than studying from free sources? Staff was friendly at least.

Amazing experience

I love how easy this platform is to navigate, and the lessons are fantastic! If you're getting into IT or just brushing up on your skills, I'd highly recommend it.

I had a REALLY hard time getting access for the CompTIA bundle package that I paid for and it took about a full week to get resolved. This is why I can't rate it a full five stars, however, the content and the teachers have always been done very well.

The content is easy to understand, and the teachers are very well educated.

The training materials provided was OK. Not great but useful. My issue is with the admin. My business closed so, when I received the renewal invoice (30 days before renewal) I immediately emails to cancel the subscription. They did change their terms and conditions last year to require 30 days notice (but that was buried in a long document). For months they harassed me about payment, despite my numerous emails that I had cancelled. They then sent the account to a collection agency. The product is OK but they show no mercy when you want to leave.
