What a pleasant surprise!
After two unsuccessful attempts at replacing my ACER battery via Amazon (with simple returns), and then the complicated and drawn out process of a refund request for the incorrect battery first sent to me by AOLSCELL, I honestly had no belief that the second battery you sent me would work. As stated above, "What a pleasant surprise!". The battery installed at 18% and charged to 100% in less than an hour. No previous replacement battery would charge beyond the delivered charge.
Two days later the battery is performing very well and certainly better than the original battery from when I purchased the laptop about 15 month ago.
Further Communication to the company:
Thank you for your assistance. In spite of a somewhat tedious procedure, I do appreciate your efforts very much. Based on the result it is clear that you made honest efforts to resolve the initial error in product recommendation and prove that you are a reliable supplier of replacement computer batteries. Hopefully the correct replacement far outlasts the original battery!
The fact that you followed up with the following ongoing battery care information yet again shows you are serious in providing honest and reliable products and information:
Avoid extreme temperatures: Keep the laptop away from direct sunlight, heaters, or cold environments (ideally between 10°C–35°C), as extreme heat or cold can reduce battery capacity over time.
Charge smartly: While modern batteries don’t require full discharge cycles, try to avoid letting the battery drop below 20% or stay at 100% for extended periods (e.g., leaving it plugged in 24/7). Unplugging once it’s fully charged can help preserve longevity.
Update your system: Regularly install OS updates—manufacturers often release battery optimization patches that improve efficiency.
Limit background apps: Closing unnecessary apps running in the background reduces power consumption and lessens strain on the battery.

Battery installed easily, now on charge.
As I understand it, it should be conditioned through 3 charge and discharge cycles down to 5% battery. This will give it the best life.
These instructions should come with the battery or if not required, proper useage should be provided.

Needed to replace an original battery in a 6 year old acer laptop. This original battery has 65% charge capacity. The newly purchased battery was delivered and showed 99% charge capacity after install. Exactly two months later, the newly purchased battery is now at 60% charge capactiy. Basically, these guys sell old repackaged batteries. Probably the same one's that people recycle when they purchase replacement batteries lol. There's no point in buying batteries from them as its exactly what you have in your 5-10 year old laptop. It's a waste of money and time. I now reinstalled my old battery and I have 15 minutes longer charge time.
