Whilst I feel that the arrangement fee was high, I cannot doubt that we had a high quality of service. Our representative was quick to respond, provided clear explanation, and replied to all our communications within a reasonable timeframe.

I am so impressed with this company. Right from my first telephone call to them until completion of my contract. He arranged a telephone meeting where he went into great detail about what Equity Release was and the pros and cons of what was entailed in obtaining it. He was very knowledgeable and was not at all pushy. He made sure I knew what the end product was, before I decided it suitable for me. His explanation was very clear and all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Once I decided it was what I wanted, Thomas took me through the next stages.
