We found Martin extremely personable, relatable & professional. He guided us gently through the whole equity release process & was very patient in dealing with our, sometimes, simplistic questions!

Martin Wade was introduced to us to explore the equity release possibility on our home. We finally got our offer yesterday after several months of intervention from Martin, as our application was not straight forward, he worked tirelessly on our behalf and kept us updated at every turn. I desperately needed help with applying for equity release. I am a pensioner and not very computer literate!
