Access4Lofts (North) Great Service…
Excellent service from a professionally run business.
Priced quotations clearly set out and easy to understand.
Specific time and date given for the job - turned up when they said they would!
Timber sub-frame on spacers to support t&g flooring a major selling point for me.
Tidy, neat and professional installation in less than one day with minimum mess.
I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Hardie and his company for future work.

Amazing
Amazing . . . From quote to finish I was kept informed all the way. Russell carried out the work which included loft being boarded, ladder and light fitted within 2.5 hrs - amazing. Russell explained all the work and demonstrated how to use the ladder. He left the landing so clean that you couldn’t tell any work had been done. Thank you Russell.

Access 4lofts were a pleasure to deal with. Was offered work at a very good price.
One finds it difficult in today’s environment of whom you can trust but I had the feeling that this was a company that was trustworthy.I was not disappointed.
We agreed a price for the work, was given a date for the work to commence and was kept informed via email.
The two fitter’s arrived on time, were very professional and friendly. They carried out the work in good time, encouraged me to view the loft floor to make sure that I was satisfied with their job.Explained how the new loft hatch and ladder operated after they had hoovered and cleaned up.
My wife and I are extremely impressed with both the fitters and the company and would be confident in recommending them to anyone.
Once again thank you to everyone from the Company.Excellent.

Appointment to quote given between 10 and 12. 13.30 still no rep. Rang office who said they'd call him. He rang me back to say he'd been stuck in traffic on the motorway. So why not ring me and tell me so. Asked to rearrange he said he didn't have access to diary so would call me back when off the motorway. 5pm still waiting!

We're very sorry to hear about your experience and the frustration caused by the lack of communication regarding your appointment.
Thank you for taking the time to provide your details, which has enabled us to identify the branch involved and begin looking into what happened.
We appreciate how frustrating it must have been to be given an appointment window of 10am-12pm, only to receive no update when this could not be met. Clear and proactive communication is something we expect from our teams, particularly when delays occur, and we're sorry that on this occasion those expectations were not met, causing you inconvenience and uncertainty.
A member of our Head Office team will be reviewing the circumstances surrounding your appointment, including the communication and follow-up provided. We'd welcome the opportunity to restore your confidence in our service and will be in touch to discuss how we can move things forward.
