Nick and his team were totally first class.
Everything had to be to perfection.
Demostrated how the loft ladder went.
Very neat job.
Very pleasant and friendly staff, who couldn’t do anymore for you.
Nothing was too much trouble.
Hoovered up after they finished the job, which looked like they hadn’t been there.
Will definately recommend these guys to install anyone who wants a loft improvement.

Great service from start to finish
From arrival to carry out a quote, Craig was punctual, professional, with a friendly manner. He took time to explain everything, and gave me options as to what could be done in the space. Before leaving Craig provided me a very competitive verbal quote which he also emailed to me later that day.
Craig took great care of my home using overshoes and laying dust covers for protection, which I really appreciated. At the end of the installation I was amazed at how clean Craig left my house, leaving no trace of any work being carried out.
I am extremely pleased with the high standard of work carried out and would definitely recommend to others.

Exceptional, truly hassle free service from start to finish
Dale from Access4Lofts Edinburgh provided an outstanding service. He visited my property and gave a clear rough quote, followed by the full quote shortly after. Once I accepted, I was booked in for a date a couple of weeks later, and I even received a helpful reminder a couple of days before the work was due to begin, really reassuring and well organised.
Dale arrived exactly as agreed and carried out the work to an excellent standard. He was professional, tidy, and incredibly easy to deal with. The whole process was smooth, stress free, and handled with real care. It’s rare to have work done with absolutely no hassle, but this genuinely was.
I’m extremely impressed and will definitely use this company again.
