The course content is excellent, simple to follow and in good bite size elements of learning. I have learned so much on this course and I feel it has really set me up, knowledge wise, to be a great celebrant - as long as I put the work in. Not only is the course content excellent as it is incremental and sequential, but there are weekly meetings, lead by an experienced celebrant, which all students can attend at which you can ask any questions you are not sure of, and learn from the questions other students are asking. The AMC also keeps up to date with current trends and marriage laws, which are reflected in amendments they make to the course content. There are also student hub Facebook groups in which students can discuss issues, ask advice and get feedback. The support is very good. I would highly recommended the AMC as a learning provider.

What a ride ,from enrolement to graduating i couldnt have asked for more. AMC are so supportive, if you have worries about your ability, dont be as the AMC team, mentors and fellow students are there to guide and suppot you.

There are weekly online group sessions to join so you get constant support throughout you celebrant journey.

The course content is amazing and is broken down into manageable modules with videos, workbooks and assignments to do and you will learn so much. It's brilliant!

Then once you have completed some modules, you will be given one of the AMC mentors for your script writing and your video assessments and live. I found all of my mentors to be fantastic and I felt they were right there beside me to guide me if i needed any help and their feedback was always invaluable.

So pleased I went with AMC for my wedding celebrancy course. I'd looked into a few options & decided remote learning was the easiest way to fit my study around work & other commitments. The online hub is very user friendly & simple to navigate, comprehensive but easy to follow content, great additional communications & support via the weekly Q&As & Facebook page for students. My mentor was great to work with & helped me meet final deadline by grading my work quickly & keeping in regular contact. I'd highly recommend AMC to anyone who wants to train as a celebrant in a way that works around a busy life!

I started the journey to become a celebrant with some hesitations....would the course be worth it? what would I learn? Would it be just a waste of money?
All I can say is that I cannot fault this wedding celebrant course. I learnt so much...everything I needed to start my new career! I have already booked three weddings and I only graduated two weeks ago. The training is comprehensive, the mentors are great and knowledgeable and there is always someone on hand to provide guidance and support.
I enjoyed it so much that I am going to be signing up for the funeral celebrant course in the new year.

Loving my time studying with the AMC. As I’m nearing the end of my courses I’m starting to feel like I don’t want it to end! I’ve got my creative spark back and feel thoroughly prepared to stepping out there as a Master Celebrant.

I have found this course so informative. Everyone has been helpful with the guidance from my mentor. The feedback I have taken on board. Somehow this feels right now and I am determined to make this work. I have met many groups in my local area and it has opened up new insights to getting this right for my bereaved relatives and friends.

When I first started my AMC funeral journey, I wasn’t sure I’d be able to complete it, especially with the pressures of home and work. But as I became more engaged with the weekly calls and the AMC Student Hub, I began to gain a wealth of valuable insights. By actively listening to discussions and asking questions, my understanding deepened and my confidence grew. Before long, I found myself truly enjoying the experience, and now I’m eager to get out there and make a positive impact on people’s understanding and experiences. When it came to working with my mentor, she was so supportive and encouraging.

I wondered what sort of course this would be, but can honestly say I have not been disappointed. It has been excellent from start to finish. It challenges you to think outside of the box and gives you the skills and confidence to really believe you can do this. My mentor, Christine, gave such excellent feedback throughout my mentorship, that by the time I came to do my live ceremony, I felt confident and well prepared to give a really good performance. As I come towards the end of the Funeral course, I can honestly say I am looking forward to my future as a funeral celebrant.

When I started this journey I really was not sure if I would be able to do it. The Academy of Modern Celebrancy was so supportive through the learnings , intro to a community which was so embracing and helpful. The forum were so instrumental to facing fears , and building confidence. Its definitely been a journey , and you need to commit and keep at it, however I have loved my growth and embracing my evolution.

Everything I am qualified to do is connected with property – Interior Designer, Mortgage Broker and latterly, Estate Agent. In actual fact, as I have become older (and quite possibly wiser!), I realise it’s not property but people that I am drawn to. All my life I have wanted to please people; I love interacting and pride myself in the fact that I am no longer phased by who people are – we are all human! I feel as though I have found my niche. This is who Sue really is, an empathetic people pleaser who will go the extra mile to make something happen. Thank you AMC for believing in me!

It covers everything you need to know to confidently step into the joy of creating and delivering naming ceremonies.

The training is clear, practical, and so easy to follow, and the mentorship is encouraging, and genuinely invested in your growth.

One of the best parts was writing my own ceremony. It really brought everything together and taught me so much about the structure and how to implement my own creativity. I finished the course feeling inspired, well-prepared, and excited to start offering naming ceremonies of my own. Highly recommend!

I started my training with AMC two years ago, right as I was moving countries — so I had a lot on my plate. The training became the foundation I couldn't have done without, and the support I received made all the difference.
