All I can say is, please do this, for you! As an expat, and a mum of two under three. I had somewhat lost myself. A friend sent me a link to an AMC Facebook ad the best part of two years ago and although I was intrigued, I kept putting off doing anything about it.

Now isn’t the right time. I’m busy with the kids. I don’t have the right experience.

Everything I told myself was a simply an excuse. Excuses that were holding me back from making a decision, that would set me on a path to regaining my sense of self.

I’m not sure what pushed me over the line, but I eventually decided to enrol. That was in September and I have just completed the course.

I feel invigorated and excited for the future. My mentor was absolutely priceless, the course material was invaluable and the ongoing support is fantastic.

I truly can’t wait for where this career will take me and my family.

Just go for it. Your future self will thank you for it.

The training is excellent. The trainers impart so much knowledge. My mentor, Roz, filled me with confidence.

I loved training with the AMC. They are an incredible group of celebrants, all working themselves and teaching and training others. So everything you are learning is from experience. You can take the courses online and fit it around other work and family, which is just fantastic. The support during and after graduating is truly a gift. I have enjoyed every moment of my wedding celebrant training with the AMC. The online modules are comprehensive, with videos and workbooks to guide you, backed up by a supportive online network if you have any questions etc. The standout experience for me was moving into the mentor led phase of the training. Wow, having access to people living and breathing life as celebrants was amazing. If you are contemplating taking this step into the wonderful world of celebrancy, I highly recommend taking that journey with the AMC. From the very beginning I knew I had made the best decision of my life to train with AMC and join this wonderful community of Celebrants. There are lots of celebrant courses out there and I spent some time researching them all before choosing the Master Celebrant Training with AMC, and I'm glad I did: it was absolutely worth it. The course gives a comprehensive insight into all aspects of being a celebrant, including the business and marketing side and the learning resources are really well put together and regularly refreshed. The mentors are very knowledgeable and approachable, and being a student with the AMC really welcomes you in to an encouraging, progressive and professional community. From knowing very little about celebrancy at the beginning, I feel absolutely prepared and supported to become a professional independent celebrant.

The course was really top notch, on point and practical - it felt like I was being prepared for a real life situation and not just 'studying'!

When studying, you are regularly being taken out of your comfort zone. Especially with the mock funerals. But the modules prepare you for this. I love the videos from current celebrants passing on their advise and wisdom from their own experiences.

The course is excellent and support fantastic. You feel held throughout and someone always there to help if you get stuck along the way. Definitely recommend it

Great training with help.and support. The feeling you get when you come to the end of the training and your mentor says that you have passed your live is amazing.

I have now completed both the funeral and wedding certifications, and I can’t fault it.

Really comprehensive course with clear step by step guidelines while also allowing you to flourish and allow yourself to find your voice as a celebrant

From signing up to completion of 1st module (so far) couple more modules to go the entire experience had been tough,but the support and guidance has been second to none. I would highly recommend this course to anybody thinking about becoming a celebrant.

I’m doing the Master Celebrancy course and I started with the Funeral Celebrancy module. As soon as I started the first module I knew I’d made the right decision. It’s heavy on writing which I love, with five self-study modules focusing only on essays, then you start working with a mentor on writing ceremonies and more practical aspects (site visits for natural burials for example). I’m looking forward to cracking on with building my business with the support of the celebrant studio and the celebrant guild.

AMC is very well set up and I did a lot of research before choosing where to train as a Celebrant. AMC really stood out in terms of how I would learn, access to resources and a community to be part of - where we all share experiences and support each other. The course takes a little bit of navigating but just take your time and everything follows a great structure that will ensure you become a fantastic, in demand celebrant.

The support the company offers is brilliant from fellow celebrants to the staff and mentors. There's something about the study packs which makes you want to just keep going. Informative and guided, you just can't go wrong, and the learning you gain at the end of each module applies to what you will face in real life. Thank you

I loved the flexibility of the self study modules as they allowed me to spend time when it was convenient to me. That meant that it didn't impinge on my work hours. The support through Q&A sessions and my mentor was great, helped me stay focused and believe in myself. The extra modules on how to set up my business and be confident in selling myself are hugely helpful as im not good at it.

Training with AMC has been a really positive experience. The self study part was challenging (though not terribly, I sailed through it) and the mentor section with the ceremony script and live ceremony assignments was such a good learning curve. Definitely recommend!!

AMC helped me make an informed choice whether this was the right pathway for me, no pressure just facts. After signing up they then fulfilled their promise and supported me through well presented guided study modules and weekly zoom sessions to the last stage with a fabulous tutor giving constructive feedback and support till my completion and the passing of my wedding course.
