Absolute Plantation Shutters Arvostelua

Good communication throughout the journey. Clean and polite staff on installation

A no nonsense, no hard sell, just a straightforward efficient service.
Beautiful quality, perfectly fitting real wood shutters.
The fitters were polite and prompt and left no mess.
I couldn't be happier.
Would definitely recommend this local company.

We went to the ‘Absolute Shutters’ show room to view their products before arranging a visit for them to take the formal measurements. Pete, who was showing us around the show room, did seem overly interested in other quotes we had obtained, which felt like he was gaging his pricing based on these quotes. After we had seen the product range and had been provided with a price, we went home to consider our options. I then called Pete to arrange for him to come and take the measurements. He was keen to know if I would commit to the order there and then when he visited, which I said I would as long as the price didn’t vary to the one he had quoted when we were at the show room. He booked me an appointment for that afternoon at 4:00, I received a text and email confirming the appointment. I moved our belongings out of the way so he could access the window, and stayed in for the appointment. HE DIDN’T SHOW UP! To make matters worse he didn’t even call later or the following day to apologise. This company has a total disrespect for others and their time, so I would definitely not recommend them.

I had an idea of what I wanted and how I thought it would look, when they came to measure up and show me samples of the products, I explained my vision. The rep went through the options with the pros and cons of different styles making sure I had considered the disadvantages of my initial ideas…..I hadn’t and took his experienced viewpoint onboard, tweaked my initial order for what I have to admit is a much better option. No difference in the cost or fitting time, just a better more practical end result.

It’s not a quick process, from order to fitting but I have nothing to compare it to and was in no rush.

The team that came out to fit them were on time, polite cleaned up as they went along, very efficient and clearly experienced. Job done in a couple of hours and I am happy with the end results.

Very poor service. The sales process is not transparent. If you get that far. Trying to get a response is hard work. Small business with small business mentality. Glad I took my business elsewhere.

The initial sales visit outlining all of the options put absolute shutters miles ahead of their competitors who we'd also consulted. The only company we could find that did hardwood shutters. The samples they brought to show us were extensive and so many options to consider - wood, finish, colour, hinges, opening, slat size etc. Nowhere near as much info/choices with competitors. We waited 3.5 months for them to be made and fitted, but they were well worth the wait. Fitters were efficient and professional and we were able to choose how the trim was used to fit to our window. All communication friendly and helpful - we also asked for new handles on the window (which we also had choices). These are not cheap shutters but you pay for what you get. 100% happy - they look fabulous.

Quality shutters installed by expert fitter.
I was kept informed of the status of the shutter design, build and installation at regular intervals.
Adam the fitter turned up on time and did a great job, including a follow up visit to align one of the shutters.
Post the fit the Absolute Shutter team contacted me to make sure everything was OK and that I was happy with the Shutters and the installation work.
Overall a great team effort.

The showroom had all the options on display and the staff went through them with us very knowledgeably. The measuring service appointment was quick to arrange and the appointment was very thorough. Manufacturing time was slightly longer than we had hoped but it was over the Christmas period. Our fitter, Pete, was absolutely great - very neat and tidy, no mess to clear up afterwards. We are very happy!

Excellent workmanship and quality shutters look amazing and are more than happy with service given

Excellent service from start to finish, the two installers were friendly and professional and very tidy, great job.
Would highly recommend Absolute Shutters.

Lovely installation team. Shutters look fantastic and are excellent quality - look and feel expensive. The whole process was easy and communication was great. Delivery/manufacturing does take a while as they are custom made but this is well worth the wait.

Great product, very high quality & good service from install lads.

I am over the moon with my shutters from Absolute. Adam has done a brilliant job. He was very professional and very clean and tidy. I would highly recommend.

I’m very happy with my new black shutters, they go very nicely in my living room. The two fitters were very pleasant and they did a good job. I’d absolutely recommend these shutters.

From initial enquiry to the installation of the shutters Absolute Shutters were Absolutely Amazing!! Nothing was too much trouble for them. The shutters arrived within the timeframe advised and fitted on the date advised. I was given loads of options for this. Ian the fitter did a brilliant job of fitting the shutters and cleaning up afterwards too. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this 5* Company 🤩

Excellent service from start to finish. All of the team have communicated well, keeping me updated, excellent product, looks beautiful and the cherry on the top of the cake, was when it came to installation, (Pete)
Was so professional, polite, did not stop working and tided up after. Could not be happier and would recommend highly.

Quality of shutters as always of a high standard. Professional fitters and very responsive as a company.

Great installation, reasonable price and top quality product. Lead time was more than expected but worked out well for me being off work.

Really pleased with the product and the attention to detail of the person who measured up and the fitters. A real bespoke experience.

So pleased with the service, fit and supply of these shutters. They look and feel great, have completed the room, and are brilliant at keeping the heat in on these cold nights. Everyone I interacted with at Absolute Plantation Shutters was really helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Very professional excellent quality The 2 fitters were polite cleaned everything up while working and done a excellent job
