He was very polite and done the job quickly and efficiently.

Alan (From the Responsive Repairs Team) was absolutely fantastic. He was on time, which allowed me to go to work on time, extremely professional and he certainly went above and beyond, in everything that he did. Thank you.

Had a new outside toilet door replaced and the nice chap even built new door frame , plus painted filled in cracks on outside , inside walls . Cracked on and finished the job perfectly.

I have been an Abri resident for the last 12 years and have always found them to be very helpful, and every time i had an issue or repair that needed doing they have always responded quickly and sorted/ repaired what needed doing. I had to call them a couple of weeks ago about a couple of issues that needed sorting and Holly who i spoke to on the phone organised straight away for the tradesman to come.

Done a good job without complaining. Both were polite and friendly. They just got on with the job in hand .

The service provided was as you would expect, quick and efficient. Jessica understood the issue and provided me with a suitable day and time to schedule in the repair. I received a text message to notify me of the operative being on his way. The repair was also quick and faultless. Also would like to mention Josh who repaired the locks on my window, he was a great fella and went above and beyond to replace some of the other locks that weren’t on the schedule. Overall no complaints from my last few reports to Abri who have provided me with a great service.

For the first time in my life, 64 now, I needed help. Abri, all on their own, contacted me and made everything easy. They helped with food, dwp, uni credit. I didn't know what questions to ask. Abri knew and told me. I'll be forever be in your debt.

Unprofessional charlatans properties not worth 1 pence to rent, you can tell an abri property from the outside rundown dirty rubbish everywhere and unkempt. They have incompetence at the highest level of abri other than getting rent they do not care less regarding conditions residents live in. Avoid avoid.
Any high ratings are fake the score on here was so low they started writing fake reviews read them properly and you can tell by the problems real residents encounter.
If you are looking for a decent safe place to live I'd avoid abri like the plague! They are greedy they don’t look after their own staff re training and equipment let alone their residents. My advice would be check all you have to do is google maps where the properties are to see for yourself even better if you can go to the location and see first hand nothing like the smell of filthy rotten rubbish around the place the smell of drugs and alcohol.

When I called Abri the person I spoke to was very polite and helpful and assisted me with my query to the best of his knowledge.

I phoned Abril last week, and spoke to Poppy who kindly rearranged my annual gas check...she was very helpful and polite, and the problem was sorted very quickly...

First of all my thanks to all the Abri team for all their help recently.
From first becoming an Abri tenant I have noticed a great improvement in the services compared with previous authorities.
To have the unsound rear garden wall removed and high quality fencing to replace it has been a great relief.
The works ran from 3 Aug to 12 August and my fence completed today.
Abri have been so helpful with prompt repairs to my bungalow when needed.
Abri operatives covering all skills have always been so helpful, polite and most efficient , and above all, kind and understanding. Which as an elderly pensioner I really have appreciated.

I spoke to Fiona about an issue I had with my shower, I explained that I had already booked the repair but asked as the shower was installed for use by a disabled person who couldn't use the bath, was there anything that could be done about bringing the date forward. Fiona asked about the access to washing facilities for the disabled family member without the shower and then made it a priority call even though we had a bath for other family members. I was very grateful to her. She asked the relevant questions and didnt make me feel like I was unreasonable for asking.

I had a very small dripping type leak, which ultimately came through the ceiling. The plumber who came out made the hole in the ceiling large enough to exam the leak. He quickly ascertained the leak was coming from a bit higher up than 1st thought, from a flexible tap connector to the bath which had perished. He had all the parts needed on the van and quickly had the job done. Very pleased with the outcome.
Within a week the ceiling was also repaired.

Had my bathroom repainted after some damage was done. Graham was absolutely fantastic, honestly went above and beyond, can’t thank him enough

Spoke to Andrew about advice on what to do with cooker he was very polite and patient nothing was to much trouble he dealt with problem happy customer

I would like to thank a staff member named Joe who was extremely helpful with my query regarding my bathroom adaptation request. Every time I spoke to him he assured me he would call me back with any updates, negative or positive and he did this on every occasion. He chased up my query, managed to speak to the person who was dealing with my query and called me back with a positive update. He was so kind on the phone and very patient with my questions. This has been an ongoing issue for months and months and it was so nice to speak with someone who really cared so many thanks to him and I hope he gets recognised for his good work.
