Ableworld - Wigan Arvostelua 

I went to ableworld to look for mobility beds.They were on display and a member of staff gave me all the relevant information regarding the beds.They left me to make my own choice and didn't push for a sale in anyway just
very helpful . Tim Chris and Tracy all very helpful and pleasant. I placed my order and delivery was 4weeks later the delivery men Bill and Terry were also very helpful and very polite and did a good job fixing up the beds. All in all a very positive experience and all at a very good price too. After two weeks I can confirm how comfortable the beds are. Model Hartford mobility beds with memory foam mattress.

Terry and Bill have today delivered and set up our new bed. They were very helpful showing me how to work it and also very polite.

Also I need to thank Chris in the shop she has been so helpful as I had no idea what was needed for my partner so he can come home from hospital.

Having recently purchased a tilt and rise chair through the Wigan branch we have nothing but praise for the support from the sales team and especially for Terry and Bill who brought out test chairs and then delivered and installed the chosen chair. The way they deal with and speak to the customer was excellent and they are exactly what customer service should be especially where elderly people are concerned I have no hesitation recommending Ableworld Wigan

Received an assessment of needs and supply of equipment from the Wigan Branch. The whole experience was timely and professional from start to finish. Would highly recommend this company and their staff Louise and Paul. They are excellent at what they do and are obviously very knowledgeable about the needs of people with disabilities and chronic illness. Thank you.

Staff were very helpful made the process very easy, we were served by Chris at the Wigan branch and she was very accommodating and gave my grandmother simple clear instructions and answered all our questions even allowing her to have a test drive on the car park.

Tracy and Tim explained the mechanics of the scooters so we were able to decide which scooter was more suited to our needs. No hard sell and would recommend has they are very knowledgeable in the products they sell and the prices are good compared to some other mobility shops

I recently bought a boot scooter from the Wigan branch. I found Tracy and Tim very professional and knowledgeable, helping me to choose the right one for my needs. No pressure, sales are very patient and understanding, answering all my questions.

purchased a new scooter £1,500,within 7 months had a electrical fault, after phone calls and loads of un replied emails, was told it needed new batteries, turned out it wasn't batteries as fault was still there, had it in workshop 3 times, even after showing the intermittent fault to them they wouldn't have it, they said they sprayed with wd40 and all is well, sadly its not, had management round to our house and said they would supply me with a 3rd party company to resolve, still waiting and management refuse to respond, still has same problem and wouldn't entertain ableworld again to buy from, and would recommend elsewhere to others. the battle goes on, as my disabled wife has a scooter that is unfit for purpose,
director talks a good story, but when you have him lying on recordings, it don't hold out to much for the company, that he is supposed to be teaching his staff, although they can be just as bad from what have read, scooter know fixed by a more understanding national company, and even done for free after what i shown and told them, and i have took great satisfaction by diverting a possible 4 customers elsewhere, and will continue to do so,
