Abiza were brilliant. What I wanted I didn't see listed as an option so I dropped them an email to see if they could fore-fill my requests ( I had a few!). They replied promptly saying they could and even sent me a proof before hand. I am so pleased with it. The quality is great and was also a speedy delivery and reasonably priced compared to others I have seen too. Would highly recommend

Royal Mail had failed to deliver my item in time for my daughters birthday.

I emailed Abiza about 13:30 on a Friday to explain this and with no fuss they ensured my item was delivered by Saturday morning.

A sterling service!

Abiza Jewellery - I cannot thank you enough. The customer service and support has been incredible! I ordered a personalised necklace for my sister which unfortunately broke after 2.5 years, I reached out and communicated with Abiza who have been so amazing and In no time at all my sister had a beautiful personalised necklace back on but with new and improved material which is a lot more durable but still so elegant. Would always recommend Abiza Jewellery.

Absolutely gorgeous personalised necklace as a gift for my friend, it has all her children's first initial on it and her partners.

The customer service from Abiza was absolutely outstanding, I had made an error on the charms, and they helped me get this corrected so quickly with clear and fast communication.

I’ve previously ordered gemstone bracelets and necklaces from Abiza in the past and have loved their jewellery. On this occasion I ordered an angel number necklace as a gift but when it arrived, it unfortunately didn’t look as I expected and was larger than I wanted. I emailed customer service to arrange a refund and received quite a curt reply basically telling me that the item was personalised and therefore non-refundable. I could understand if the necklace was personalised with a specific name or date meaningful to the recipient, but this was a standard necklace ordered from their website. I’m disappointed not only with their response, but the tone of their reply and as much as I love the pieces I’ve bought in the past, I sadly won’t be shopping there, or recommending them again in future.

Update: In response to my email, I received a second reply even more dismissive than the first. This clearly isn’t a company that cares about helping its customers or their reputation based on their attitude. Avoid at all costs! I definitely won’t be buying from them again.

Emailed to say i needed a very last minute christmas gift, received an email straight away to say they can fulfil & send the necklace within 12 hours, got it the next day. Absolutely amazing customer service & gorgeous present sorted!

There were some initial issues but they were resolved so I am very happy with this company

Absolute scam. Bought an initial necklace in ‘sterling silver’. After 2 weeks of wear the necklace had turned black and completely oxidised. This is NOT sterling silver! I have sterling silver jewellery which I haven’t removed for years and which remains shiny and brand-new looking. They asked for confirmation I hadn’t worn the necklace whilst wearing perfume or showering (as I say, this has never been an issue with any sterling silver jewellery in the past). They also advised they would not accept my ‘accusations’ that this was not sterling silver and even advised me to take it to a jeweller for proof. The only part of the necklace that remained shiny silver was the clasp - maybe this is how they get away with describing it as sterling silver. Please don’t waste your money - con-artists!

Shock! Should have read the reviews what a disgusting company. send a faulty necklace that looks like it’s been made by a child and are now refusing a refund as they are advising I physically snapped it trying to put it on. The clasp fell off before the necklace was even worn. Disgusting! Avoid at all costs.

Wow, wish I had looked at these reviews before I wasted my money. Necklace extremely poor quality, refusing to refund despite it being faulty. This company need to be investigated.

Extremely poor quality I purchased an initial necklace and it arrived the rings on the initials had not been finished so very sharp and would scratch skin or catch on clothes no help from the company do not waste your money!

Ordered a personalised name necklace. My daughter has the same name as shown in the photos. When the necklace arrived the font was much bigger and the gold more yellow. Left a review which has conveniently not shown up on their site. Very misleading. Can also not return as classed as a personalised item

Personalised necklace broke and when I emailed them regarding it they just totally ignored me. Poor products & terrible customer service. I’d never order from there again!

Purchased a personalised necklace from this company. The necklace broke the first time I wore it. I emailed the company saying it had broken, with a photo as proof asking what could be done but I would prefer a refund. I also left a 1 star review on the product. I received an email from their customer service representative who stated that they “might only consider helping you out if you consider adjusting your review accordingly”.
Using blackmail is a poor customer service tactic.

Terrible quality! Had necklace for 1 week and turned black, by the time you read the dos' and donts on how to wear the necklace there is no safe way to wear it without it spoiling and turning black! I payed £46 for a necklace and the quality from primark is better! Gutted!!!

Brought three bracelets from this company at around £40 each two of them snapped now on two separate occasions snapped out of no where.
To top it off when I contacted the company they said they will fix it for £15 each and I must pay postage and packing to return. There’s no point I might as-well buy a new one. They also block you on Facebook if you leave a bad comment anything bad and no one can actually see your comments they need reporting is awful. It’s a real shame as they are lovely bracelets just don’t last long and they are not bothered at all!

How is this company still running.
Don’t get scammed don’t waste your money on their products it breaks after a few wears and they don’t reply back.

Terrible service and even worse jewellery.

Ordered a rose gold necklace and it oxidised after only one wear, really poor quality item.

Customer service then claimed we had exposed the necklace to chemicals.

After further internet research have found this to be a very common complaint.

Would not recommend at all

Very happy with my personalised necklace. There was a small delay in delivery, however having ordered my own design, I do understand the time it takes to actually make the product. The price was also fair compared to other similar companies. The material did not oxidise at all even when worn on a daily basis. Even though it is a dainty piece, it did not break or come loose. Thank you Abiza, will order again soon!
