After that, I returned to Japan and tested it twice, but I was relieved that both were "negative".

3/4 of the tests ordered, worked. I have an email confirmation with the fourth test that I triple checked the number. It didn’t work. I emailed you with all the information so that you could sort it, including a picture of the negative test. instead I get an email saying, indeed the confirmation is wrong. Then you give me a confirmation that is exactly what I typed in previously. To top it all off, you email arrived after I left the country. Tried desperately to follow UK rules and you were great for 3 out of 4 … and completely incompetent on the 4th.

I have to ask myself before I leave a review, why this company remains government approved. Will my email remain like all my other 7 messages ignored.....

My husband and I on Monday 13/12/21 ordered a day 2 test kit for our return journey from France on 8/01/22.

On Thursday 16/12/21, all travel to France was revoked unless it was for essential travel only.

I tried numerous times to address stopping our order without success with Abicare. Due to the prolonged holiday period, I was told on 7/01/22 you had shut down over the Christmas period.

On 7/01/22 at 13.24hrs, I spoke with Kerry who stated we would not get a full refund which is what I take issue with.

As you can see a short period elapsed before our trip had to be cancelled prior to making our order for test kits. (3 days)

I did not wish to incur more costs if the test Kits were delivered on 8/01/22. Shortly after my phone call with Kerry, I received confirmation via email that dpd had been cancelled re delivery and my husband received the same confirmation that his delivery was also cancelled.

Imagine my surprise where DPD had made a delivery of a test kit which remains to date unopened in respect of My husband. It's a complete nonsense.

There is a lot of revenue being made due to the Pandemic, even Abicare must realise that a number of people were prohibited from traveling from 16/12/21, but no attempt to make contact or update customers personally or via their website.

It's a constant game of cat and mouse trying to get a response from either an over-burdened workforce or due to the holiday period no staff on duty.

It must be good business sense and good customer relations to expect and anticipate that day 2 test kits were no longer required from a high proportion of customers but still the order is allowed to go through to delivery stage after the governments announcements on the 16/12/21 until I made the phone call on 7/1/21 to stop it. Its a disgrace.

I arrived UK on the 1st of Feb and at night got an email saying that I need to pick up my test kit from a specific location. All details were included. It was easy to get there, take my kit, do the test, upload the pic and got my certificate within an hour.

It was fast convenient and efficient

Received great customer service by Christian. He explained which test I need for pre departure, return test, as well as my day 2 and 8 test. Emailed to update me that my order has been processed. Received my parcel the next day.

This useless don’t deserve even a star after I booked a 2nd day test and hasn’t been delivered , call them after 4 days and they said will send another one even that one hasn’t been delivered after a week. How could I trust this rippers when they charge 30% on the refund even if it’s not my fault.
