Simplemente una de las mejores experiencias que tuve en envio internacional de flores, suelo enviar flores a otros países y esta empresa me ayudo en múltiples ocasiones, llegando las mismas en tiempo y forma- seguiré confiando en su empresa.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a bouquet costing over £100 for my mother‘s 80th birthday, and had it sent to Canada. It was meant to arrive the day before her birthday. I also provided a local contact number. The flowers never arrived, and no one called the local contact number. I didn’t get an email or any communication – nothing at all. I have contacted abc Flora to try to resolve this but whatever the outcome nothing can change the fact that the flowers never arrived on the day itself. This was an extremely important birthday and we are all very upset that the flowers never arrived. I just cannot comprehend how any business can provide this level of service. It shows a complete disrespect for the customer. I will never ever order from them again.

Ok this is the way to go!!! I ordered a bouquet to send to a friend in Mexico. I had my doubt as to whether they would get delivered on time, but they did. And she was so happy with them!

I sent a flower and paid with bitcoin was suppose to deliver on Monday up till now no delivery and no response this was my order number ABC1987 email this is so frustrating

I PURCHASE AN ORDER 2DAYS AGO WHICH WAS SUPPOSE TO BE DELIVERED YESTERDAY LIKE THEY CLAIM, HAVE MADE PAYMENT , THERE'S NO RESPONSE OF ORDER BEEN DELIVERED TO THE RECIPIENT , THIS IS PURE EVIL AND SCAME FROM ABCFLORA.COM THEY DON'T RESPOND TO ANY OF MY EMAIL OR SEND ME THE UPDATE OF THE ORDER NOR TRACKING NUMBER, SO MY ADVICE TO OUT THERE THAT COME ACROSS THIS SITE IS TO MOVE ON, DON'T DO BUY NOTHING FROM THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE SCAM, I PAID WITH BITCOIN, JUST SAFE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND GET A BETTER SITE THAN ABCFLORA.COM

Communication needs improvement. It took five days and and complaining herè and on WOT for a response.
THEY DID COMPENSATED MY ORDER WITH FREE CHOCOLATE. However on their chat program they claimed to "respond immedietly" which never happened.

Communication was horrible. Took them a couple days to get back to me about my order despite them claiming to "respond immedietly" (Still haven't responded to those messages yet). Did more than I asked without me telling them. I tried to refund but they said they did more than I asked of them. I never asked them to keep trying until I can't refund. Now, the flowers and chocolates I ordered have not been delivered and I get no refund. Even now I can't get an email back. I sent an email last week asking if they are still trying and I haven't gotten an email back. Would not recommend this site.

Horrible experience with this company. I ordered a $108 bouquet (stargazer) and it looked NOTHING like the pictures. Half the flowers, missing filler, cheap dollar tree vase. When I complained, they blamed it on covid and their only solution was to pick up the delivered flowers (to my friend in mourning) and then give a refund. I get that covid has changed supply etc but if you’re going to totally change the bouquet and make it look nothing like the picture, you should ask me first. I’ll never order from them again.

Great job. The red roses that we sent for a friend’s birthday looked even better than we expected. Only thing was that the card was not signed so she did not know who they were from.

I made a last minute order for my mum’s birthday and the order was on time, and was even better that I could imagine! Super friendly customer service! Amazing! I will definitely order again.

By AbcFlowers I odered from Germany a gift for my daughter in Norway. It was timely and duly delived. The flowers were very beautiful and fresh. The chocolate tasted delicious. I am very grateful to AbcFlowers, who helped me to make my daughter such a nice surprise

I am very pleased with the service provided, particularly as I live in the UK and the Money Tree I bought was a moving house gift for my daughter in the US. Communication was excellent, and the gift was delivered on the date specified.

I recently ordered two bouquets to be delivered on the 8th for mother's Day, one did indeed show up then but the other showed up on the 4th which is incredibly early. Would of been good to at least get an email or something indicating it would be coming so much earlier/not the day I chose to ensure the recipient is home. The flowers themselves have been fresh and beautiful though!

I am so happy with the customer service with this company. I ordered flowers for my mom yesterday to be sent for Mothers Day. I accidentally put my address for shipping. I realized my mistake and contacted them right away. They said the would address the issue but I figured with the short lead time it would take a while and that my mom would not receive them on time. Well, not only did they deliver, they sent the flowers to my mom today and I also got the flowers too. The arrangement was beautiful and exactly as in the photo. So they made these two moms very happy. Will definitely order from here again!
