I did not initially intend to leave a negative review.
I did not initially intend to leave a negative review. However, after several unsuccessful attempts to withdraw my money and without receiving any response to my emails, I felt I had no other option.
I tried to withdraw my funds multiple times and contacted the company several times by email, but I only received a response after posting my initial feedback here. At that point, they reached out to me and explained that the issue was caused by my documents not being properly registered.
After the documents were correctly submitted and approved, the process moved forward smoothly. Everything was handled well, the team was very polite and helpful, and I received my money without any further issues.
However, I would like to point out that communication only happened after I posted this feedback, despite my previous attempts to contact them by email. For this reason, I am giving four stars instead of five.
Overall, once the issue was clarified, everything worked out well and the payment was completed successfully.
Thank you very much for your support and assistance.
