I am struggling to open my account
I am struggling to open my account. I passed the verification process, but the process got stuck and I cannot go further.
Here is what I tried:
- calling. nobody answered.
- email. nobody answered. one of the emails came back even. as the email does not exist.
- livechat, not working.
It's a disaster.
