I placed an order for several products and have yet to receive them. Despite the payment being processed immediately, I have been left empty-handed.

The lack of communication from this company is appalling. I have sent multiple emails inquiring about the status of my order, but received no responses. On the rare occasion that they did reply, it took ages and their responses were vague and unhelpful.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I feel completely ignored and cheated out of my money. I would not recommend A-List nutrition to anyone and will certainly never be doing business with them again.

Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.

I have the same experience as many others have reported in recent weeks. I placed my order 3 MONTHS AGO and have received no response whatsoever.

A few weeks ago, I posted a review and immediately got a response from customer service asking why I wrote the review. However, when I started discussing my order, they stopped responding.

Terrible company. Just refund my money.

Great products, unfortunately HORRIBLE customer service.
I placed an order a few months ago for pre-order beginning of June. They personally confirmed that I would receive the order latest by 19th of June, and since then they have ignored all e-mails (5) where I ask for an update and timeline on my order. Because I did not get a reply I have tried to reach out via instagram - also no response. I am making this review in hope I will finally get a reply, and at this point I want my money back - it is not okay to withdraw money and not deliver the order.

I agree with everyone who has recently suffered form this shambolic company. No orders being fulfilled, no communication. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered a order in NOVEMBER 2023 over 500 pound. Order never recieved. They don't answer the recent emails anymore and just ignore everything that contains the word refund. Will have to go through legal channels...

I would concur with all the recent reviews.
They took an £80 order and have failed to deliver since 17th June. I have contacted them twice with no response. No updates on delivery. Nothing. I also would not recommend using this "shop" app as it needs authenticating to your email account. Do not trust this.
Their service has gone from good to awful. I have possibly lost my money and it is disgusting that they cannot respond in a timely manner or issue a refund.
DO NOT ORDER from here.

I have been a regular customer since the company first kicked off. For so many years I have never had any issues with my orders. But that changed dramatically lately.

I have waited over 2 weeks for my order to arrive. In the meantime I want to cancel it, I tried to contact A-list multiple times, but there was no response.

Eventually, the order came, but I was given a product from the same category but a different brand and 2 times cheaper. I had enough of dealing with customer service which hasn't even responded and I wrote a DM to the owner of the company, no reaction either.

In conclusion, I would not recommend this company any longer. Very long time waiting for your products, no customer service whatsoever, swapping products for cheaper ones without contacting the customer.

A-List became A-Scam!

After writing a raving review in December 2023, it's quite sad how the service has dropped off a cliff in the last months.
As all the other reviews below, I also naively preordered beginning of May for a delivery 1st week of June. Then the website has been changed to say 2nd week and now it's the 4th week and still no delivery. I would've not bothered if I knew that as my supplies are now finished and it's annoying having to buy new stuff knowing I have paid for an order that I don't have.
If they can't guarantee the delivery times, then they shouldn't be offering preorders as this just looks scammy.
Although often posting on Insta stories there has been little attempt to address the issue or be apologetic about this. It's more like business as usual and maybe a casual mention that deliveries are late (if even that).
I think the company and the products are generally good but they really shouldn't be taking the money if they don't have the stock.

Fraudulent business practices. They will take your order and payment but not deliver your order. I reached out to them 4 times about my order and they did not respond once.

Just like all the others before, I’ve ordered in the past week and no updates were given even though it was the 2-day shipping delivery.
I have ordered from this company before and worked just fine.
They are still posting on Instagram so I guess they are still scamming more people?!
Oh well, could they find the time to answer my emails instead of reviewing products that they do not send after ordering?

Update: they contacted me via email and sent me everything in 1 day after 1.5 weeks. They apologised and explained they were having stock issues. I really appreciate that! Thank you 🙏

Have used a list nutrition for years and always been a solid company, but I ordered something In May and nothings been sent. I’ve contacted twice and had no response and it seems a lot of people have had this problem over the past two months.

Not sure what’s happened as this is a real company and they’ve always been very reliable in the past.

Placed an order 20th of May and yet to receive the goods I have paid for. I have reached out to the company on four occasions now with no response. The owner made a very sheepish looking instagram post the other day blaming a broken phone for his lack of visibility. Excuses. This company are clearly having issues. Do not order.

I pre-ordered a month ago some things said on their policy it would be dispatched the first week of June we are already in the second week of June with no updates no communication, and absolutely nothing, I've been with them for the last 5 years, and never had these issues emails being ignored completely, I don't know what's going on out there. But if they won't reply by the end of this week. I will be taking action

i placed an order on 23rd April and have still not received my order, i have tried emailing them numerous times and never get a reply, so frustrating that they can take your money with no further communication and no way of getting hold of anybody to discuss your order. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! REPORT TO TRADING STANDARDS!!!

Scam of a company taken my mo ey and not delivered the goods and the dont respond to emails

Never had a problem with this company until now! Just finished writing the 3rd email, asking where my order is! This is from 3 weeks ago! I was told it was out of stock 2 weeks ago and they said they would send another flavour, that was a week ago! Still never seen anything! How can I even order an out of stock product? Unacceptable! I am going to trading standards, don't use this company!
