We booked this company to transfer 6 adults and 3 children from and to Palma airport and our villa in Can Picafort. The booking process was simple and quick. Communication great.
The drivers were really helpful and friendly. They made the transfers effortless. Cannot recommend this company highly enough

Booked 5 trasnfers in Palma (Mallorca) with 89 Transfers. Ramon is very responsive and communicative. All pick ups were on time an drivers communicated with me very well. Also last minute amendment was accommodated.

Der Fahrer meldete sich per WhatsApp 45 Minuten vor der vereinbarten Zeit. 20 Minuten später war der Fahrer aber nicht auffindbar. Anrufversuche hat er immer wieder abgelehnt. Dann kam 5 Minuten nach der Zeit eine Sprachnachricht, er sei wieder losgefahren und brauche jetzt noch ca 15 Minuten. Zwischendurch kam noch eine Nachricht von der Zentrale mit falschen Zeitangaben.
Das ist absolut ununzuverlässig und unehrlich. Dafür ist der Preis mehr als doppelt so hoch wie der Taxi Preis, das ist absolut unmöglich.
Von dem Unternehmen ist abzuraten.

The service itself and also the communication were excellent. Best transfer service on the island. They even offered our iced drinks during the transfer which was great and a funny extra. We will definitely book again!

Wir haben einen Taxi Transfer vom Flughafen Mallorca Palma nach Manacor für 11 Personen hin und zurück gebucht und alles hat super funktioniert. Ich werde hier jederzeit gerne wieder buchen. Die Fahrten waren pünktlich und preislich top. Ramón war super nett und hilfsbereit. Buchung ist einfach über die Website möglich, die Zahlung kann vor Ort z.B. in bar vorgenommen werden. Being a family travelling with small children 89Transfers provided child-seats of good condition (and in the correct amount, not all services on Mallorca does that) and free of charge.

We recently used 89transfers for our group of 11 people. Not only did they email respond to me very quickly, they accommodated us with allowing to add on another passenger at the last minute. They offered very reasonable prices & the van was super nice!!

another hassle free airport collection in palma , even thou the driver had to wait , one and a half hours extra for us , because of the customs clearance, he was still happy , courteous, and got us to where we needed to be no problems, homeward journey arrived at the allocated time exactly ! safe pleasurable journey to palma airport , used before and definitely be using again soon hopefully , would highly recommend 👍
