Lovely float room, gorgeous spacious room, with beautiful amenities. Nice to know that you will not be disturbed, and you can have a lovely cup of tea afterwards before you head off. Everything you need is provided and the host Sarah is lovely. I hope to come again, do let me know if there are any offers available.

Exceed all expectations. Sarah was welcoming and provided clear instructions. The place was clean, it felt like you had your own spa. My husband did the float whilst I waited in the relaxation area, Sarah had invited me whilst making the booking. I took my headphones, kindle and notebook none of which came out. My phone came.out to buy a book I stated to read on Reiki I found there. The relaxation room is true to uts name, I found myself meditating. My husband loved his session and could fault it and booked his next session straight away. Would recommend to anyone looking for time out.

I was a little apprehensive with this treatment. I had experienced it before at another venue but not a solo float. As soon as I arrived Sarah greeted me with open arms and made me feel so at ease. Sarah explained the full process of the float session. 7th Heaven is the most calming space, it felt like this was your haven for the evening. The float room is incredible, lovely and warm, beautiful lights, music, the perfect space to completely unwind. I was overwhelmed at how relaxed I felt afterwards. I will be returning along with recommending this wonderful space to family and friends.

A wonderful experience and very relaxing. You're a space that is just used by you so getting naked is not a problem. Every thing is explained fully so you feel really comfortable left on your own.

You do not need to take anything! 7th Heaven has thought about every little detail, even down to snacks, teas, towels, hair towel, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, ear plugs, water (chose from sparkling, still, room temperature or chilled), hair ties, deodorants for after. EVERYTHING you’ll ever need.
It’s nice to be able to chose your time in the room with times of darkness and lights (of course you can chose your colours to).
