Husband ordered 4 fleeces as part of my birthday gift, checked prior to buying that there was no additional charges as the company is based in Ireland and we are in the UK. Nothing to state any charges on the website. Input a discount code that mysteriously disappeared before pressing pay button so although the order should have come to around £120 it actually ended up being £140 and wasn’t until the confirmation came through we realised the discount code had been removed. Fast forward a couple of days and my husband gets an email stating he needs to pay an additional £59 in customs fees and charges. Contacted the company who ask us to pay and they will refund. Not likely as we were already down £20 from loosing out on discount code and why are we having to pay customs charges when this isn’t stipulated on the website. We’re now not getting any response from the company and the goods get sent back today. Safe to say I’d like a refund.

4th arq Alix jumper has pockets but zip quality not great very fimble. Don't like the seam in the centre of the sleeves very annoying and rubbing. Stick with the Phoenix and Lennox.

Loving all the new colors . The site is so easy to use and delivery was so quick.

Ordered a half zip Maddox fleece in Hunter Green. Sadly it didn’t suit me and strangely it came stating the colour was Sage. Anyway I was aware of the refund policy although was a bit shocked by the cost of return via Royal Mail from GB to Ireland. My parcel was stuck at customs for a length of time that would have taken it over the 28 day refund policy. Contacted customer services who replied extremely promptly and resolved the issue within minutes.
Overall, the product seems quite good although it’s a shame the postage between UK and Ireland takes a while and is so costly. Didn’t have any issues with customer services who I would give top marks.

Shocking customer service.

I ordered a co-ordinate set which you buy separately. The top arrived. I gave it another week and the shorts never arrived.

I contacted customer service. They issued a refund and said that the warehouse were unable to complete the order. This was no use as I had bought a set. I asked them could they send again as they were available on the website and they have never responded. I ordered the shorts again as I’m stuck with a top. Had to pay again for delivery. Shocking. Someone made a mistake and no help to even to try to resolve. As someone that has supported 4th Arq immensely over the years. I will not buy another item again. They absolutely don’t care about the customer.

Absolutely shocking customer service. I’ve bought several items from 4th Arc in the past with no issues. I placed an order on 4th August which was only partly delivered. I was short 1 item. I received no notification about a delay or refund!!! I emailed 3 times and all were returned as undeliverable. I sent a 3 DM’s on Instagram. Received a reply to the first advising me to email customer service despite telling them the emails were not getting through. The others were read but no response. I still have not received my order or a refund and cannot get a response from 4th Arc. I will never purchase from them again!!!!

I really wouldn’t even give this company a star only I had to, to write a review! Product is great, however, returns process is pants, you have to pay to return the item which is fine but for example, item costs £35 I had to spend £16 to return my fleece via Royal Mail to the south of Ireland (I am in the north) absolutely shocking that this transaction was basically me donating money to 4tharq!!! Robbed!! Will never purchase again I may search Vinted …

I opened the package as soon as it arrived to find there was damage on the front of the fleece where the fabric had snagged on something. I immediately emailed customer service. After 3 days of not getting a reply, I messaged them on instagram, to which I was told to email customer service. I advised I had emailed and I then emailed again. It's been over a week now and I have not received a response. Such poor customer service after the disappointment of receiving a damaged fleece already.

I received an item which had red stain on the collar of the jacket and in the pockets there was tags for other products stuck inside. I did contact by email my issue with the product and they told me I can return it which I'm aware of that but I will have to pay to return which I think isn't ideal customer service when there was issue with my order.

The quality of the clothing is very bad not worth the cost. Very disappointed. Made in China and when I opened the packaging It smelt exactly like the clothing you get from shien and temu

This has been the worst customer service ever. My wife ordered an item but was sent the wrong size and two weeks later we are still waiting for further information on the courier collection we were told they would do as the error was on their part. We will never order from this company again.

Bought as a gift. Cheap quality materials

Made sure to be online at release time. Order Xs and size small arrived contacted them and their solution was to refund €8 and for me to re order and promised to refund delivery for re ordering. New jumper came again in wrong size for a second time! And no refund for the delivery!! I have bought loads from the company but won’t be ordering again

Ordered 2 fleeces last week and one of them was the wrong size
Emailed customer services and got a generic reply, they then emailed me and when I replied I heard nothing back, so I re ordered the size I was looking for, so paid for shipping twice and guess what, wrong size was sent to me again, I will never ever ever order anything off this site again

Sent a return 4 weeks ago, it cost £14.99 to return& I have yet to receive my refund. Extremely poor service.
Still awaiting to hear confirmation if they received the return parcel.
Will not be ordering again

I ordered a half-zip and realised ten minutes later I had made a mistake with the size. I emailed immediately requesting a change to the order and received a response the next day advising that this is not possible. I'll have to wait for the order and then go through the returns process. This is actually 2025.

Very poor customer service. I won't recommend and I won't order again from this company after this issue is resolved.

I ordered 3 fleeces and returned them within the time limit. Customer service was awful I had to continually chase them for replies. A month back and forth finally sent a refund with no apology, no customer care at all. Really awful experience throughout.
The fleece I ordered was the same size as the others I have and sizing changed with no details explaining asked for answers received none. Generic responses and no care. Just awful

I have ordered multiple times with 4th Arc and never any issues until I had to do a return.

I know it was received and signed for weeks ago but no confirming email or refund! I have sent an email and no reply.

This is no way to run a business. It has definitely put me off ever ordering again!

I ordered a few half zip jumpers as I wasn’t sure what size to order. I returned two of them that did not fit, and had to pay £20 to return them from the uk. They 4th Arq never paid the customs fee on their end as they are based in Ireland. I contacted Royal Mail and they said that 4th Arq should have accepted it as it was a return to the country from what it came from. I have emailed 4th Arq multiple times and they ignore every email. They are an awful company for customer service.

Terrible company, I emailed the company after making a large purchase. I got no answer to my email, all I got was an auto-reply email telling me I cannot cancel or amend an order once it has been placed, this includes, change of address, multiple delivery charges, sizes & colour. I emailed them several times and they never got back to me. When my order was incorrect and I returned it to their address I did Not receive a response to my many emails and didnt get a refund. Who runs a company this way? They are NOT contactable by phone, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
