4TH DIMENSION LIMITED Arvostelua

David P was very helpful and helped me with my questions with no problem , nothing I asked him was no problem , very polite and professional

Dean was really friendly and helpful great guy

Dean delivered my replacement bike while my own bike is being repaired through insurance. He was friendly, professional and everything went smoothly. Great service, thank you Dean!

Dean dropped my motorcycle back and colllected the loan motorcycle
He was very friendly and proffessiinal

After reporting a no fault road crash on my motorbike. I was amazed at the service I received. I was talked through the options and procedures and also given a replacement hire bike whilst the claim was settled. Communications were excellent, appointments on time and updates all the way, The end result was not disappointing under the circumstances. An impressive service and George Chambers, Jodedi Makuba, Minesh and the the 2 collection drivers should be congratulated in particular for the example they set for the company.

Dean came and collected the scooter rang me to say he was 20mins away. Friendly. Chatty. Professional.

The scooter was tied down well and space around it. Even the other bikes in the van were the same. Nice space around them and tied down well.

Once I got someone to answer the phone it was second to none.
The staff were great

its taken me from 08:30 27th August until 09:40 2nd September to report the theft of my motorcycle

Found David from 4th Dimension to be very friendly and open helping you to be relaxed but at the same time giving clear options available. He has sent me all the details I required to keep explaining any concerns about anything I did not understand to be able to read at my leisure. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND his services provived.
