I have never had such amazing customer…
I have never had such amazing customer service like I received ordering my crystal! I made an error and realized after I received it. Customer service talked me through options and offered me ideas to which the crystal looks absolutely perfect. I used a local company before and since they shut down I reached out to 3DCrystal. I definitely will continue to use this company and spread the word to others.

I have purchased your products before…
I have purchased your products before and they have turned out very nice. My complaint is with the website. I had a lot of trouble adding text and the background to the crystal. When editing the photo, I was hardly able to scroll to the buttons, such as Save & Close or Add Text. I tried switching browsers without much success. You might want to look into that.

Key chain was a gift. The person loved it
The key chain arrived just like the picture online and shipping was quick. Unfortunately it had shattered. I reached out to the customer service and they responded back quickly with options.
