I am not quite sure whether or not this company is legit. No reply for either of my two correspondence with them. They offer sending proofs before committing to purchase. I messaged a photo and contact details. No response. I’d love to be proven wrong as the product looks to be lovely. Just concerned that I shared a photo of two dear family members with them via their website chat feature following the prompts sent, not to receive anything back via email as promised, to approve then purchase. No response to message via Facebook messenger too.

Made all the better when my daughter saw the finished product, she had only lost her fur baby but a few days before, it was perfect thank you.
