This was a gift for my Dad. I had ordered the 3D Medium Heart with LED light. He said it was the best gift he had ever gotten!

Looks nice and except it is to light and hard to see. Does not show up as well as the ones on their website.

This is certainly a "different" gift to give someone but seems to be pretty overpriced, even with discount codes applied.

For the amount that I payed the packaging of the crystals was 👎🏿 not good . It was not nice at all because it looked ok worn out and not matching the expensive look ( because it was expensive!)

It was such an amazing looking crystal thingy, my girlfriend loved it.

OMgosh! Vitaly did an AWESOME job creating the crystal of my 4 grandchildren. He was so patient and kind throughout the process of picking pictures and he even showed me an example of what my completed piece would look like. The finish product couldn't have been better. Thank you again Vitaly for an AWESOME job and ALL of your help.

Lisa at 3D work with me from being to end helping me through the entire process which took several back and froth conversations. It took some time to get it all together but we got it done and I am very happy with my cube. As they say a picture is worth a thousand words.

I had sent out a picture of my deceased father in law that was cropped at the head and 3D Innovation was able to restore it perfectly, making this Father's Day particularly special for my husband.

I purchased one a few years ago, with the led base. The base stopped working and I could not get anyone to call back or even write about replacing it. I had to buy a new base. Not happy about the service. The product was good.

I have ordered two crystals in the last week. With the excellent help from their Chat room, specifically "lisa" - I was able to design the perfect gifts. She answered questions, gave good suggestions and was very friendly, yet professional. Very quick turn around on products ordered! My family has been extremely impressed and loved their gifts from 3D Innovation

Found out about these keychains when my parents passed, funeral home charged $150, couldn’t afford it. I was very happy when I met the young lady at Opry Mills! The same keychain was $40!
