Chat service is outstanding

This is the 2nd time I ordered from 3D Innovation and I love being able to simply open up a chatbox and complete my order. Advice has always been right on and knowledgeable. Very helpful to have that when I'm multi-tasking

I was skeptical at first because of it…

I was skeptical at first because of it being on Facebook & all the scams that are on there, but I took the chance & ordered something small. It came in about a week & the wife loved it. The clarity of it was beautiful. I have already ordered 2 more things & plan to order more.

I’m really happy with the crystal and…

I’m really happy with the crystal and the stand! I just wish the crystal pic were more visible without the LED light.

Hi John,

Please note your etched model is formed by creating hundreds of thousands - millions of microbubbles/fractions within the crystal forming what you see.
Obviously, this is done within the crystal and given the nature of a crystal (a form of glass) the environment the crystal is situated has a big impact on how strong the etching will be without a light. iI the crystal is put against a dark background that will give contrast and make it much more visible without the need of a light.
In addition, if placed in the middle of a room without any bright background close to the crystal that will also give it a great look. what you want to stay away from when not using the light is putting it up against or very close to a bright background like a white wall.

Beautiful Necklace

I ordered a cute 2D necklace and pendant with a picture of Elton John on it, and it turned out beautifully! It looks very high quality, special and expensive, but for the price of about $50 it was actually quite a bargain, and I'm really, really pleased! It also came to my house in 2 DAYS after ordering it, so thanks for that GREAT fast shipping! All of my friends and family LOVE it, and think it's so unique. They have checked out 3D Innovation as a result. I can't stop recommending this, I love my necklace and I am interested in other creations as well!

Absolutely magnificent !

The heart purchased of my daughter-in-law and her sister is absolutely magnificent! I cried when l opened the lovely box and my hands were trembling when l picking it up because of it’s beauty! I wish l could give my review 20 stars!

Excellent service

Excellent service. Excellent product. I was impressed how good it turned out. And it was very quick. We got it within 3 days. Made an incredible birthday gift for my wife and something we can cherish for years.

The product is beautiful. I got Christmas gifts, and my family loved them. I also got a pendant for myself and have received many compliments on it. They responded quickly to emailed questions and the product arrived very quickly.
