3 Counties Surveying Ltd Arvostelua

Excellent communication alongside a prompt service. Comprehensive report which identified potential issues. Verbal feedback was also helpful explaining things in realistic terms. Highly recommended

Tony and Hayley were professional, personable and prompt. The survey carried out was very detailed and I really appreciated the time Tony took to talk me through the various items raised in the report. Thank you both!

I would highly recommend Liz at 3Countiessurveying - all communication was really efficient, thorough and clear. The home buyers survey was excellent and I wouldn’t hesitate to use again - also great to support a small family business Many thanks again

Big thanks to Hayley and Tony for our recent Level 3 survey - same day response to our initial enquiry, great communication throughout and detailed pragmatic approach. Highly recommend!

I have used 3 Counties Surveyors twice and am very happy with the property assessments made on both occasions. A detailed report will be provided, including photos, divided to consider each section of interest. Drone photos of the roof area are particularly helpful to have. Tony is easy to talk to and can explain the observations made afterwards so that you understand any faults found.
I would certainly use them again and recommend them to anyone who wants a good job done, as they were recommended to me.

3 Counties was very prompt to respond and coordinate with the estate agent. Tony's survey is comprehensive and gave us a very detailed overview of the items we need to consider in our purchase.

Excellent service would recommend

Tony was very prompt in updating the progress of the survey. He was very thorough with the survey and explained us every issue in detail.

We couldn't rate 3 Counties Surveying more highly. They provided us a fantastic detailed survey of the property we are hoping to move into. The communication was fantastic.

Very responsive to our request for a quote and the survey was completed when expected. Tony was great and answered a couple of questions we had really clearly and quickly.

3 Counties were excellent! They communicated really well, were very friendly and genuine. They also accommodated a last minute valuation request and provided a written survey within 48 hours of the survey taking place. I would definitely recommend!

So impressed with the excellent service and thorough survey done! Received the very detailed report 2 days after the survey. We would highly recommend 3 Counties Surveying!

Arranged the survey very quickly and the whole process was handled extremely efficiently. The survey itself was very comprehensive and identified various areas for us to explore further. Fortunately nothing bad was found!

We are looking at buying a very old house (16th Century) and decided to get it surveyed before making an offer. We wanted to check if there were any lurking issues that might affect the value and / or cost a lot to correct. We decided to use 3 Counties again - we had used Tony before to survey a modern house, which he had done well. But this was a different proposition! We needed a more comprehensive Level 3 Survey and 3 Counties delivered a very thorough, honest and detailed evaluation. Tony and Hayley spent hours at the house and looked into every nook and cranny they could get at. The report was well laid out and easy to understand, and rapidly delivered a couple of days later, but with a phone call summary on the day of the Survey. The recommendations didn't pull any punches! We now feel well equipped to make an informed decision about the purchase. Having used them now for both a modern and ancient house, I can highly recommend 3 Counties Surveying - 10/10! Thanks Tony and Hayley!

Really great communication and thorough report, would highly recommend!

We had a great experience with 3 Counties. Booking was very simple and the level of detail in the report was excellent. We appreciated Tony calling immediately after carrying out the survey to run through the headline items - this was very reassuring. Highly recommend.

Really impressed with 3 Counties Surveying Ltd! Communication was excellent, as was the service provided. Would recommend.

I can highly recommend for the quality of detail in the survey and the degree of professional honesty.

Really appreciated prompt responses to emails and excellent communication. My survey was conducted on the Thursday and I had the full report by Friday lunchtime which was a bonus!

I have now used 3 Counties twice and they have been brilliant both times. I received a call on the day with an overview, and I received the full report a few days later - speedy service! I would highly recommend.
