3 Counties Surveying Ltd Arvostelua

I've had two great experiences with 3 Counties. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Great communication. Great service. And they really care about getting the best results for their clients.

A quick, efficient and very thorough survey experience. A professional team.

Tony was our surveyor over 5years ago when purchasing the flat we had just offered on.When he arrived was on time and professional.Five years on we have had trouble, with the management company with a leaking roof that's damaging our decorations.Called Tony and he arranged to come when he was in Bristol again.Super service, highly recommend

Tony and his team were amazingly helpful and flexible. The property being surveyed had quite a few quirks and they went the extra mile to check into everything in a lot of detail. I felt really well informed and confident in the thoroughness of the survey.

Report was received very quickly after survey carried out. It was comprehensive and thorough.
Tony was able to explain the points I didn’t understand.

Brilliant experience, excellent communication. Everyone in the office was really helpful. Tony is really experienced, he called us after the survey and the report was done very quickly. Thanks so much

Fantastic level 3 Report. No issues! Great to see the level of detail Tony went into :)

3 Counties did an amazing and thorough job. The survey they completed was extremely comprehensive.

All contacts were quick including Hayley & Liz.
Survey was done on time, with plenty of feedback.
Through no fault of the surveyor they went back to check the garage, because of no access the first time.
The report came through quickly with plenty of detail and information.
Thanks again.

We are in Australia and were considering a house in the UK. Tony sent us excellent information about the process of a UK building inspection. He then managed to fit us in on a Saturday morning. He carried out the inspection early in the morning and was able to phone us in Australia at a reasonable hour despite the time difference. He gave us a very detailed oral report which he followed up within a couple of days with a detailed written report.

Hayley and Tony were excellent. We have used them twice and both times had brilliant service. Hayley is really quick to reply to queries over email and Tony’s call after conducting the survey was really reassuring. The report was ready in less than a week and Tony was on hand and happy to answer any questions once we’d received the survey. We will be recommending to everyone!

The staff at 3 Counties Surveying, Ltd, including Hayley McKeown, the office manager, were very knowledgeable and helpful during the entire process of having a survey completed on my proposed property purchase. I'm not local to them, so all information had to be handled by email, yet I never felt out of the loop, or had any questions or emails not answered immediately. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing professional survey work done on a property.

I asked Tony for survey and he was very friendly, straight way booked me for it.
Survey was on Friday and my report I received Monday before 9am.
The report was written very professionally, very detailed.
I will definitely recommend Tony as a best surveyor.

Tony carried out our survey and provided us with lots of helpful information and photos. We were able to contact him after the survey was received to ask further questions which was really useful. I couldn’t recommend this company enough they made the process really smooth and easy and got us booked in quickly. Thank you to Amanda, Tony and Hayley for being so friendly and helpful.

Excellent service. Will certainly use again.

3 Counties Surveying are a great company to deal with, recently had a Homebuyers Survey carried out on a property by Liz McKenty. We received a call on the day from Liz with initial feedback and details, she was very helpful and professional and received the report within a day or two.
From start to finish of making contact, the quote and the survey itself all staff we dealt with were so friendly and communication was great, could not fault the service.
We would highly recommend this company to anyone, thank you.

Great communication from the point of our initial enquiry. Hayley was very quick in setting up the appointment directly with the estate agent and keeping us informed. On the day of the survey, Tony, the surveyor rang us to give us a general overview of his findings. The written report was with us within 2 working days of the survey. An excellent service.

Tony McKenty carried out a first class level 3 survey on a grade2 listed building for us. His attention to detail was second to none. The survey report was well constructed and backed up by clear photographs to help us understand the points being raised. We highly recommend this company, the communication was 10/10 and their service’s competitively priced. Well done!

Very efficient and very helpful. Staff very pleasant to deal with. Good price too. Highly recommended.

Used them twice now for surveys when moving house. Quick efficient service, really detailed and helpful report, and great communication throughout. Would definitely recommend to anyone
