DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a vape top over 3 months ago and I still haven't received it. I contacted the customer service department and they asked me to be patient the delay was due to COVID. They refuse to refund my purchase. It should not take 99 days to recieve a shipment COVID or not.

I typically am not the kind of person to complain and leave a bad review but this company pushed me to it. Through their website I can see that I placed my order on April 12. Today, it is June 8th. I have not recieved my order and the customer service has been worse than unhelpful. I do understand that we are in the middle of a pandemic, but it has been about 3 months since I placed my order. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Customer Service is quick to respond and very polite. Prices are good but, shipping is a bit more expensive than their local competitors. Glad to do business with them.

They do some insta-buy offers regularly on kits, tanks and mods. for example last week I was shopping for a new tank and found an offer on a single battery mod for only £5 yes £5 and it was the iJoy Katana.

So far they do only original items and all items I purchased from them have been checked and verified for authenticity.

Usually, on my last orders, they took 2-3 days to dispatch and then a week to arrive at my door (UK). So I'd say give them at least 10 days for your order to arrive, that's doesn't include pre-order and back-order items.

I always compare the prices and any other extras coming with the wanted item between them and local UK vape shops. Honestly, when the difference is not that sensible I just go with local shops just for the faster delivery.

Till now haven't had any communication with the sales/support staff so can't comment on that.

I'm giving them just 4 stars because, for example, sometimes they stock a Pod Mod, but at the same time they don't offer replacement Pods for sale and that makes no sense to me.

It just takes a really long time right now, with all the issues with borders and the supposed plague.

I placed my order for a Geekvape Aegis Zeus X kit on April 24th, 2020. Received an email on April 29th saying my order was compete, with a tracking number. I thought my order was coming from the U.S. but turns out it’s coming from China. If I had known that I wouldn’t have ordered from them. It’s takes a lifetime to receive anything from China anyways but I knew it would be even worse with the pandemic going on. After about three weeks and my item seemingly stalled in one location, I contacted 3avape support. They told me the item had shipped and was waiting for a flight. Please give it time. A few days later I contacted support again. Same excuse. It has now been 34 days since I placed my order and almost two weeks of “waiting for a flight” and still no progress with my tracking. I believe I have lost my $69. If time is of the essence with your order, do not buy from 3avape.

Still haven’t received my item. No movement in tracking since 5-12-20. Customer service refused to do anything besides to tell me to continue to wait. I had to open a paypal dispute and PayPal refunded my money.

Доставляли достаточно быстро, товар надежнвй. Но последниц раз заказывал по предзаказу рдта в марте. Доступна была уже в конце марта. Появился статус "готов к отправке" по трэкинг сайту, жду уже почти два месяца. Живу в Латвии. Кто знает, может ли это быть связано с пандемией или что вообще происходит? У кого такая же проблема?

Ordered a Geekvape tank on 4/14/20, it is now 5/22/20 and no tank.First respond to email was (order was returned due to customs checking.But we have resent it out).So after a few days I asked for a refund, this was the response (The order has resent to you, could you pls wait for the delivering?), instead of a refund. Package never moved with tracking number given. Ha Ha the jokes on me, NEVER AGAIN! I'll update if or when I get anything.
UPDATE 6/14/20 - Happy Anniversary .. 2 months
now and still nothing.......DON'T DO IT!

UPDATE 7/23/20 - Order finally arrived!

I made a order with them on April 30th,2020 for 2 packs of the 3Pcs/Pack SMOK Novo 2 DC 1.4=E2=84=A6 MTL Pod with a total of $21.32. I have never
received my order & I have also reached out several times & heard nothing back. I received a scam tracking code & I'm pretty sure its fake. Its now May 21st, 2020 & I am still working on getting my money back, so I can take my business else where.

Dont waste your time or money we ordered a few packs of novo 2 pods a month and a half ago and not one word from them. Either a fake company scamming people or they just suck!!!

I ordered a Geekvape Fenzy pod on the 1st of April, the item left the country on 5th of April or 8th? Who knows excatly, because Singapore post tracking and the Royal Mail tracking say different dates?? I used a special uk postage method, so should arrived under a month, but still nothing. The tracking number could be fake, did not move in the last month. I tried to contact the customer service more than 10 times and a week was not enough for them to give me some update, also they not answering on messenger too. With the worldwide situation I can understand If some delay turns up, but in total the way how the managing the business just disgust me. Look like I lost my money, and I never will owning the pod.
Ps: from Aliexpress I bought some coil to the pod, without tracking number was with me within 2 weeks, and the seller communication was perfect.
Spend your money somewhere else!
