Received "factory refurbished" units. No where on the listing page did it mention them being refurbished. Many other of your pages did. Felt deceived as they were not brand new.

I ordered a refurbished HP monitor…

I ordered a refurbished HP monitor which arrived promptly. Unfortunately the monitor was damaged so I started an exchange request. I was contacted by phone within hours of my request and not only did 313 Tech help with the return but they were able to sell me a brand new model within my budget. They definitely take care of their customers and will do business with them again.

Nice, fast and reliable

The website was easy to use and find what I was looking for. The chat system took quite a few minutes to get someone to talk to, but once there was someone available, they were very helpful and friendly. Product was just what I wanted. Nice, fast, and reliable.

Sam did a wonderful job helping me with…

Sam did a wonderful job helping me with an unfortunate set of circumstances. I bought the Reverb G2, but the cable did not work. These particular cables are impossible to find. I contacted the manufacturer and they still have not delivered the cable, but Sam did within a couple of days. The product works great and I was able to purchase it at a discount.

313 was great in handling my order…

313 was great in handling my order cancellation with quick responses and a follow up call from Hussain and an email from Sam. As I promised, when I clear up some pending debt I will reorder another PC monitor more on line with what I need. You have the best prices too. Great going guys!

Exceeded every expectation

We were in urgent need of a 27" HP Z27 monitor for our construction company and even though 313 Technology did not have any in stock at the time, Hussain diligently sourced one directly from the manufacturer and shipped it a day earlier than we expected to receive it. Hussain personally ensured that the pricing, the monitor and delivery times exceed our expectations. It was one of the best customer experiences we've ever had.
