Vastaus yritykseltä 24MX Ireland
We are sorry to hear that the motorcycle pants did not provide the level of waterproof protection you expected. We would like to look into this further and determine whether there may be an issue with the product.
Our Customer Care team has therefore reached out to you directly to gather some additional information. In particular, we would like to understand the riding and weather conditions, how long you were riding in the rain, and where exactly water entered the pants. These details will help us properly assess the issue and review your warranty claim.
Please reply to our team with the requested information, and we will be happy to investigate this further and assist you with the next steps.

Poor adhesive on decals
Quality of the decal set was quite poor, they started to lift off the next day. Plastics were cleaned thoroughly acetone and decals applied with a heat gun to conform to the shape properly but they are starting to lift on all the corners already.

Vastaus yritykseltä 24MX Ireland
We are sorry to hear about the issue with your decal set. The decals should certainly not start lifting at the corners just one day after application, and we understand how disappointing this must be.
We would like to take a closer look at this and determine what may have caused the issue. Our Customer Care team will reach out to you directly to request some photos and additional information so that we can properly assess the product and find a suitable solution for you.
Please keep an eye on your inbox, and we will be happy to assist you further.
