Great price on the Headstock stand, and had the bearings and seals I needed all at competitive prices. Not my first order with 24mx and won't be my last.
Not sure why it took four days to get to Ireland, after the package left France, but thats the courier not 24mx. More tracking detail would be nice.

Adventure helmet
Purchase process was easy..delivery was stated as 3 days but took 7 days no big deal for me..when took helmet out of box one of the plastic bolts to adjust the peak was striped...other than that helmet was perfect, great value....

Not delivered, no support
I opened a support ticket **7 days ago** because my shipment was marked as delivered to my address, but **I never received it**.
After waiting an entire week for 24MX to investigate, the response I received was essentially: **“The goods show as delivered. Let us know if you need anything else.”**
That was exactly the reason I contacted them in the first place — the tracking says delivered, but **the package was never delivered to me**.
Very disappointing customer service. Be aware that if something goes wrong with your delivery, based on my experience, you may receive very little help in resolving the issue and could be left out of pocket.

In response to your message, I find it appalling that I had to leave a negative review just to get your attention and have this issue taken seriously.
