Sent payment via PayPal for a water mat. Never received. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Thieves, plain and simple.
Took my money and I never received my item.
I complained to PayPal and they did nothing as the company claimed they had sent the item.
They steal your money, they are thieves.

Scammers.
I ordered a product of a garbage disposal, they say there delivery is 8-10 working days, I waited 2 months for my product, then received a letter from royal mail to say I had to pay £11 delivery service to get the item, when I did the item in which turned up was a watch. NOT THE PRODUCT I ORDERED.
I AM FUMING.

The above seller is a scammer. They keep changing names in the online market (now they have a Web-site named Letthem up). They sold me too heated jackets, which i have never received, under their Facebook name Adoipertyol. They processed the transaction via PayPal with another different name JINZHOU NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED. In short, they gave me a tracking number belonging to someone else's order and probably from a different vendor. I kept tracking the item/parcel for 2 months. When I checked with the carrier after delivery, I found out that the parcel was for someone else and from a different vendor; meanwhile, the fictitious support center of this scammer ignored my email inquiries. They are probably a network of scammers teamed up in China from different areas of key businesses Post China (to provide false tracking numbers), financial companies to treat the funds under a cover up, etc.

PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Diners Club international are doing business with this network of thieves... what a shame.

Looking at these reviews, I have experienced the same . I ordered an item on 3/9 and still jut received!! I’ve constantly emailed and even though I’ve had responses they keep fobbing me off!! The latest one is due to covid it is in customs !! Might be but not nearly 4 months !! Can’t Facebook remove them ? I’m absolutely disgusted a company can carry on advertising when looking at their reviews customers are not receiving orders !!

Scam. They are thieves pure and simple and PayPal do little to nothing to help stop this. Sooner Facebook block companies like this from advertising across their platforms the better.

This company is a fraud. Ordered a Christmas ornament from them through a Facebook ad. Constantly given false or bogus shipping information. Had to contact Amex to get a refund. DO NOT buy from them or their front companies like “Satisfied24”, “Please24” or Besla Technology. I’ve reported them to Amex, PayPal and my local BBB as a Chinese shell game company.

This company is a huge RIP off. I order 2 heated jackets form them in September and still have not received them. They currently took my money but never received product. I guess I have learned my lesson but warning everyone else that works hard for their money, DON buy anything from this company.

DO NOT BUY UNDER WHATEVER NAME THEY ARE USING. $40.00 of my hard earn money. I’m so pissed at myself!! Never got my order and they write to me

Ich muss sagen alles was ich hier lese passt. Ware wurde nie geliefert und von PayPal bekommen ich mein Geld auch nicht zurück. Sie sagen der Verkäufer konnte nachweisen das die Ware ausgeliefert wurde. Es gibt zwar eine Tracking Nr. aber die Ware kam bei mir nie an. Ich muss sagen das ist das Erste mal das Ware nicht bei mir ankommt oder fehlt. Das gibt es eigentlich nicht. FAKE SHOP

Advertise take your money. Pretend to have sent. They claim to have a tracking number to Pay Pal so they don’t help.
I always thought PayPal was a safe way to pay. Obviously not Do Not Buy Anything from this Company.

Place an order August 30. They claimed it was delivered September 28. It was not. Then they wrote October 28 that there was an order mistake and it was still on the way. On November 19 they indicated a new order was sent out. and that was my last communication from them. Paypal has NOT been helpful in the investigation. Now it looks like their website is down.

JINZHOU NETWORK TECHNOLOGY COMPANY SCAM.
I too have been scammed by this company. They advertise on Facebook for expandable fencing. When I contacted them after 2 months of not receiving the product they stated it had been shipped and their answers were very scammy. They never provided a tracking number or information so when I started a dispute with my credit card company they credited me the $74.94 and did their own investigation.

Low and behold, they somehow manufactured fake tracking information with USPS and said it was already delivered. The credit card company denied my claim and I am fighting to have the charge removed again. It's not just the $74.94 but the principle here about absolutely refusing to pay for something that I have never received. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! It's a scam and they provide fake tracking numbers to try and keep your money.

SCAM!! how can Paypal not notice that the company in question send tracking information and then supply a completely different tracking number once I dispute, surely controlled by bots, unbelievable how the company who sell products are still trading!

JINZHOU NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED are just thieves using the Facebook brand to legitimise their criminal activity by taking your money and never delivering goods. PayPal are onto them at last as well as Facebook - spread the word far and wide to stop others falling for their scams. If you are a victim please advise trading standards and the Police

Scam sent £29 for coat never got it PayPal refused refund as they said there was a tracking number!! Cancelled them too!

I ordered and paid for goods (about 75 dollars) that I never received. Had contact by email but didn’t get my goods and no money back. Have reported to PayPal and we will see...

I too have had the same experience as many others with this company. I ordered boots in August which have never arrived despite many emails giving a variety of excuses for the delay. PayPal have denied my claim as a tracking number was given to them by the company which appears to indicate that the order was delivered. I am disgusted that PayPal seem to be so easily misled by a thoroughly dishonest scam company!

I also ordered boots fro. This company in August. Same story. Tracking number saying it had been delivered. Then they told me had been delivered to wrong address was sent out again. No sign of it. Told there was a problem with airline cancellation because of covid. Then told there was trouble getting new tracking number. Got on to PayPal to get a refund. They refused it saying that it had been delivered according to the tracking number. Never again will I order from a Facebook ad. Total scammers.

Do not order anything from jinzhuo they take your money but don't deliver. I ordered golf shoes they gave me a tacking number and they said the parcel had been delivered. I never received any parcel, made complaint to PayPal for refund but they said the parcel had been delivered and denied my claim. I went to the post office delivery depot and they checked the tracking number and said the parcel label only had a post code on that did not match my post code or address. I informed PayPal but they still denied the claim. I have no faith in PayPal whatsoever. Will think twice about using their services in the future. Malcolm Hutchinson writing on my wife's Facebook.
