Website stated goods in stock
Website stated goods in stock, only 1 postage option, £11.95 for next day delivery. Once I’d ordered and paid for the items, receipt email stated one item not in stock so delivery for all items wouldn’t be for a month.
I contacted customer service and they said they’d dispatch the in stock item but I would have to pay the delivery charge again for the out of stock item.
I requested to cancel the order, they told me they would try to get the goods by the end of the week. Goods didn’t arrive, again I requested a cancellation of the order and a refund. They then wanted to dispatch just the in stock item and cancel the rest.
I insisted on a full order cancellation and refund. Was refunded in full.
Company shouldn’t state items in stock if they aren’t and next day delivery charge is extortionate if goods can’t be delivered next day. Won’t be using this company again.

Availability and delivery issues
Before ordering for the first time with AES, I inquired to check availability and was told 5 days delivery, after nearly two weeks, still no goods. I was then told supplier was out of stock. Within 1 hour of my phone call, I was emailed to confirm expected delivery date. Received invoice as expected, but no goods delivered. A friendly neighbor, 30 doors away, then delivered the goods the following day. Correct address information supplied to AES, but incorrect delivery address used on parcel ! Delivered goods were good quality and as expected. IF delivery had be correct AES would have had a 4* rating.

Appalling Service
The cutting head supplied leaks gas at the nozzle mounting and catches fire. I telephoned to ask for advice and received only unhelpful emails, I specifically asked for a phone conversation but none was forthcoming. I requested a full refund but have been ignored for a week. I have not decided wether to contact the Health and Safety Executive or Trading Standards.
