We send marketing emails to businesses like many companies do. You do not appear to be a client of the firm. I cannot find you on any company files.
If I could give less than 1 star I would! Richard, I won’t mention his surname, promoted an insurance for sports injuries/rugby players. We started paying in 2024 and have paid every month ever since. My stepson was injured in a rugby game and we tried getting in touch with the broker about getting an MRI and we have had no response. Policy cancelled. Terrible service
We recently used 1st Call Mortgages for our remortgage and were really pleased with how smooth the whole process was. The team were helpful, responsive, and kept us updated at every stage. Everything was handled efficiently and with clear communication throughout.

Like others have stated here, this company sends unsolicited email, i.e. spam, to people via a variety of trading names such as "Vantage H&L".
I have received 3 - 4 emails since mid-April, the latest being today. The emails are sent to a personal address each time, not a company.
I have no business relationship with this company or any of its trading entities, nor am I a business, so the claims that the company only emails customers or that unsolicited email is only sent to businesses is incorrect.

We do send unsolicited emails to business owners to inform them about our services. This is not illegal. Each of our emails contains information of how you can get us to remove you from our mailing list if you do not wish to receive them. We have many clients who are very happy they found out about us in this way.

Paul helped us to quickly get our paperwork together for our mortgage renewal after our 5 year fix was up. Saved us some very expensive fees by pushing through the new mortgage so quickly. We now have a mainstream mortgage and a good rate for another 5 years. Will be using Paul again. Highly recommend.
Spamming Company - Another Company that thinks sending unsolicited spam emails is good business practice. Its not and is against GDPR. I always say most spamming companies are scamming companies. Never do business with a spammer
Sending out unsolicited emails under numerous business names or "trading styles" as they like to call it. (1st Call 4 Mortgages UK the holding company). No privacy policy on either website and no contact information for their data controller, or for an explanation of why they consistently break GDPR rules.
You have my email, as you've emailed me three times, with no reply contact from me, and constantly copy in the previous email with the line "If you would prefer not to be contacted again, please let me know"
Take the hint instead of preying on people to reply saying no thanks to justify your domain not constantly sending junk email.
Another company sending out unsolicited emails that were not asked for or wanted and who bought them from a bulk email supplier...
As for your reply, 100% correct if companies like yours didn't buy bulk email addresses then I would have nothing to complain about would I ?

Yes, it's true. I have been on a 3 day break away for the first time this year. Due to keeping existing clients satisfied before leaving, I did forget to reset the answer-machine to reflect I was going to be away. All existing client being dealt with at this time had been informed that I was going to be unavailable for those 3 days, To leave a 1 star review for 'non-service' is being a very mean of you, as we never even spoke. But then again, you only leave 1 star reviews, don't you, Mr/Mrs/Ms Rowland! Had you emailed, you would have received a personal response letting you know I was away for those 3 days. I hope you enjoy your next break as much as I did mine. Don't make my mistake and do let the burglars know you will be away by setting your answer machine to advertise that fact. Alternatively, you could have called any one of the other 22 qualified mortgage advisers whose telephone numbers are listed on our website where I'm sure you would have no reason to write your 'review'. You would have also seen the many testimonials provided by satisfied clients. But thank you anyway for your 1 star review. It is truly appreciated. I trust the mortgage adviser you called afterwards has sorted you out to your satisfaction and you could then provide them with a deserved 5 star review (for the first time).
