What a nightmare this site is kept changing the date further to verify a transaction when I’d won 1800 but changed the date. On purpose knowing I’d have to wait a month for that statement to show transaction only won when I wasn’t verified not had a single win or never withdrawn of this site even got a vip manager but they don’t make

Never got my free spins even after entering code

I started playing and lost a lot of money initially, then finally one day I won and when requested my winning withdrawal. They kept it in pending status for 6 working days even though it mentions the withdrawl is initiated within 48 working hours which is false. Then they cancelled the pending status and added the money back to my balance on the 1Red app account. Now I have requested again and more than 72 hours and it's still pending. When you talk to customer service, on live chat, they have no specific reason to give for days and all they say has they have forwarded to their financial department for urgent lookout. But will never give you reason to why the money is not been processed even after days. It's very poor service. It seems they love to take deposits but when it comes to return the winning money they just keep the customer hanging for days and days. Disgusting gaming app and service. It shud be instant deposits and instant withdrawals do that you keep goin and enjoy gaming. Would not recommend this app to anyone

Changing to 1/5 * - still not paid me any winnings, despite withdrawal being done over 2 weeks ago. Everytime I ask on live chat “it has been passed to financial team for a review on why there is a delay” I’ve heard nothing from them in 10 days now.

This site won’t pay you guys - there is a reason it isn’t UK regulated: happy to take as many deposits but will not complete a withdrawal. Will update review if anything changes, but please stay far away. 19/2/26

Trying to withdraw money and it keeps saying it’s with the finance department and then asked do I want to cancel my request then been asked to withdraw it to another bank account they just don’t want to realise the funds to me

I wish I could give them ZERO stars!! This casino is a complete scam. They have a VIP manager named Elizabeth that is absolutely terrible!! They don’t know how to treat VIP players with gratitude or respect. I cancelled a bonus that was issued to me by accident and I asked for it to be reissued by my “vip manager” Elizabeth and was lied to once again by her saying she was unable to add it back for me. How does this make sense? The bonus was never used and could easily be added back. Not to mention when you try to make a simple withdrawal they take 5-7 days and if you keep following up on it they just dismiss you. Of course you are able to cancel your withdrawal at any time and play the money so they bank on you doing exactly that. It’s amazing to me that they purposely take so long to send you your money because they hope you will cancel it and play the money… it’s a scam. There are so many better online casinos and ones that actually treat their vip players well. Elizabeth should never be a vip host. I am never playing here again
