Do not order with them

Do not order with them. You will never receive your order. They use cheap contract with post canada. I have never received it.

Easy, great... Try it !!!

Purchase made for an older person, pleasant taste and extremely easy head change because of the concept of magnets for a complete change of the spout. Excellent service, good prices !!!

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. I know it’s annoying to have people complain because I work in customer service, but I still haven’t even received a reply on my situation. I ordered $50 worth of merchandise and sent the transfer well within the three days they stated. They cancelled my order after a week of several messages being sent and did not refund my money. I would really appreciate a response or at least a refund because this is very unprofessional.

I Placed my order April 17. I have not received my order as of April 21. sent the 2 emails, no response other than a confirmation that thy have received my email and will get back to me as soon as possible.
I place an order for a different liquid from in2vaps. My orde was received April 20th and include updates along the way,
When the order was received,
When the order was Shipped,
where it was in the shipping process, and when it arrived..

Not happy

Not happy. Haven't received my order they say it was shipped Canada Post said no. Called sent emails and no response. I spent 116 dollars and received no merchandise yet.

If I could give more than 5 stars I…

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I ordered one product and they were out of it and in turn sent me the most upgraded product available at the same price. I really appreciate the customer service and will continue to be a customer.
