Love this company, responsive via email, and great clothes

Loved the quality of the jumpsuit I bought for my daughter but it did not fit her and did not come in a larger size. Customer service rep went out of her way to arrange for me to return it and receive store credit. Her response to my request was almost immediate and worked out the resolution in less than a day. What a pleasure to deal with this company!

I ordered a belt to go along with a dress that I planned to wear to a wedding. The belt was missing a small part but where it was located, couldn’t be hidden. I reached out to customer service and, Megan, was a pleasure to work with. She offered me a few options and let me decide what would be best for my situation. I will be shopping here again in the near future.

I have ordered through 12th tribe multiple times and I have loved everything I have purchase I have received. Recently I ordered the wrong item and there was an issue with the website so I emailed customer service. The customer service representative was very quick to respond and helpful.

Needed an exchange for a damaged item, and their customer support was a great help!

Brenda was amazing! We emailed about the issue. She got it resolved and even texted me to assure if I needed expedited shipping. She was great!

You pay a small fortune for shipping and returns if item doesn’t fit. Nearly half the cost of the item which I never ended up wearing. Total rip off and not worth for the quality

Watch out for them, if they send you the wrong size, they will tell you it's final sale -- and even if you have screenshots of your receipt and the item page without the words final sale, they will claim it's so and indicate they can only exchange for store credit if you pay additional amounts in the form of various fees. Scammy.

If you return an unworn item from 12th Tribe, they will accuse you of returning it worn and not refund you or not received the return at all when the tracking clearly shows it was returned. This company is out to SCAM you!

Clothing was TERRIBLE and of course because it was discount no return options. The quality I would compare to SHEIN but with a much higher price tag. I would NEVER buy from this site again.
