Passion meets competence

Firstly, this is only the second review I have ever done - in short something has to be really exceptional for me to write a review. The good people at 123Ignition are extraordinarily helpful (not to mention very patient in answering my litany of questions!). To me, this helpfulness has 2 pillars. 1) Passion for what they do and 2) an in-depth comprehensive knowledge of the subject matter. thank you guys, I will get back to you when I have everything installed.

UPS has my part in the USA collected…

UPS has my part in the USA collected the crazy traiff and still wouldn't delivery it. Tracking says it's in the Netherlands and "on the way". I suggest you ot do any business in the USA and (or) disclose the est. Traff duty UPS is collecting 50% traiff and not 15%. This review is not so much a review of 123 ignitionshop but my experience with UPS.

Dear Paul, unfortunately, when we hand our 123Ignitions and related parts to a courier, it is basically out of our hands. We do our utmost to follow US government guidelines and use the correct codes so that the correct tarrifs are raised. We get a lot of orders from the US and experience a high succes rate when it comes to delivery, always using UPS. We have absolutely no say in what tarriffs customs charge. As we understand it, the going rate is 15%. Our experience is that, if there is an error in the tarriffs raised , things will move smoother if you first pay and then dispute the invoice afterwards. Once refusal of payment has been registered, after which payment may still be made, the process of delivery will have been slowed down significantly. I'm afraid this is what is happening in your case. We feel for you and hope your order will soon be delivered.
