They process was very quick and helpful in everyway, Maria was brilliant and came back with quotesand options as soon asap...she kept us In the loop throughout this stressful situation...for our Umrah trip I'm October 2024..may allah reward us all, also whoever helps in this process...flights,hotels,dates...any information we needed it was answered when possible in the most convenient manner...👌🤲🏽🙏😊

123flights, Thanks for making our honeymoon, wonderful our first time to Portugal Faro 🇵🇹 was very spectacular 😀 APSence Hotel package was excellent. We enjoyed nights at AP hotel in Faro Portugal 🇵🇹 we enjoyed the people and their culture. Nights life on the harbour really nice, the restaurants food lovely 😍 Thanks Sarah 💞 for booking

Very good experience, their customer service is very great. Highly recommended.

After checking that the agent was genuine, I received a phone call, assuring that I would get the best price for my trip. Considering the period of travel it has been the cheapest fare compared to previous three trips.

I was helped by David today and wish if all agency workers were like him. He was very fast and thorough, checking with me all the way to find the right ticket for me. I had other agency helping me from different companies but I ended up sticking with this one cos he knows what he's doing and will definitely be recommending you to other friends and family. Keep up your hard work.

"123Flights made booking my flight to Dubai a breeze! Easy process, great prices, and smooth travel experience. Highly recommend!"

This for jade, She’s the besttt, we had the trip of a lifetime. Highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a truly exceptional travel experience!"

I was expecting a good experience ofcourse from the airline but Ms Zade made it exceptionally well from the time i got connected to her until i boarded the flight for my flight to India on 30th Novembet 23 be it getting wheel chair assistance to arranging extra luggage booking etc. Yes others might say its her job but I
guess there is thin line between doing one's job and going that extra mile for a better customer experience and the one who chose the latter always rise
high. KUDOS to Zade and the entire team 👍

Thank you Dia, it’s my second experience dealing with Dia and both the times Dia has been excellent with her services. Very polite and knowledgeable, always happy to hear and explain the concerns raised. I had an issue that needed to be resolved with management team and Dia got Mr. Imran Malik to resolve the issue. Thank you Imran. Overall good experience with the service provided by Dia. A good customer support and service by Dia.
